We recently used Dawn Bear as our realtor to find and purchase a home and had a great experience! She was professional and did a great job finding a variety of homes that met our search criteria. As we viewed each home, we never felt like she was trying to sell us something that we didn't actually want. On the contrary, we found a great home and have not felt buyers remorse to this day. She was easy to talk to and we felt like she was in our court when it came time to put in a bid for the home as well. She answered all our questions and took opportunities to teach.
