Audrey was 14 months and we had started physical therapy for about 2 months since she wasn't bearing weight on her legs or attempting to walk. At Vital she was examined thoroughly and gently. When we got home from our second visit she pulled up on the side of the couch! She has been making steady progress since then and is walking independently!

My daughters and I have all benefited from care at Vital. Reese was born 2 weeks early on Jan 31st. I labored with her all night and she was born fairly quickly after 2-3 pushes. I noticed right away that she was tongue tied & once we got home Reese would randomly gag or choke which would wake her from her sleep. We started care around 2 weeks old. I have been going to Dr. Whitley since Fall of 2018. I initially went because I had chronic neck and shoulder pain, but realized that there was so much more going on in my body that I needed help with. In addition to the chronic neck/shoulder pain, I went through some health challenges, which led me to decide I needed to take my healthcare seriously and seek out providers that can help with total body. "I contacted Vital Family Chiropractic after a referral from out dentist. The dentist wanted us to have a curve in C1-C4 and his pallete looked at. Once I began filling out the very detailed paperwork about my son, I quickly realized this office was going to be looking at my child as a whole person and not just look at the one issue we were being referred for.
Dr. John informed me chiropractic care could possibly help with some of my son's anxiety, sensory processing disorders, and feelings of being overwhelmed in addition to working on his palette and C1-C4.

Would give this place 10 stars if I could. Dr. Whitley has something special going on here. I can't think of a better place to get chiropractic treatment. The atmosphere is great and welcoming. I've never loved a place more. Dr. Morgan and Dr. Whitley have changed so many people's lives. Personally, they helped with my daughters function and digestion when she was just a newborn and continues to support my daughters growth as a toddler. I'd give zero if I could. Look, I'm sure that 90% of their clients have a lively experience, but I was one of the unlucky ones. I come from a healthcare and customer service background and let me tell you that "the customer is always right" does not apply at this business. I called to cancel my sons appointment two days in advance because HAND FOOT MOUTH disease is in my household with my daughter having a 103* fever. They would not refund my deposit or let me speak with a decision maker. The front staff was rude. Then the "doctor" called me and without even asking

Overrated. Convenient location, but I definitely felt like a number. There is no privacy during your service and I rarely saw anyone wipe down the chiropractic tables between clients. Seems more like an assembly line. Doctors are nice enough, but often times I felt the service was rushed and I left there (twice) aching more than when I went.

My wife and I drive 45 mins to Vital for our appointments and it's absolutely worth it. Dr.Morgan is fantastic! She is very professional, always attentive to your needs makes you feel comfortable during your visit. Both Dr.Morgan and Dr. Whitley treat you as of you were a part of their family. I felt immediate results in just my first visit. It feels great to not have to deal with back problems on a daily basis.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Vital! My baby and I go to see them weekly and I look forward to our appointment every week. I feel like I am a part of their family! Dr. Morgan, Dr. Whitley and Valerie are such wonderful people and I am so grateful for all that they have done for me and my baby! I am so glad a friend recommended this place to me. I was initially concerned that I wouldn't be able to get regular appointments that accommodated me because I had to schedule my initial consultation so far out, but that was due to the fact that there is a larger time slot needed for the first appointment.

I started bringing my son to Dr. Whitley when he was 2.5 weeks old at the recommendation of a lactation consultant, and I'm so glad I did! We struggled with breastfeeding from day 1 - he didn't open his mouth wide enough to achieve a good latch, and I had several LCs tell me how tight his jaw was. Dr. Whitley worked on his jaw and cranial movement and also showed me some exercises to do with him at home to improve his jaw mobility. She also gently pushed me to get a second opinion to assess him for lip and tongue ties and referred me to a pediatric dentist who she knew was very skilled

I've seen 3 other chiropractors prior to Dr. J. They've all been great, but she just instills a confidence in me that I can't put into words. When I started seeing her my back was completely out of whack and I was entirely immobile. She's helped me get back to "normal" and is guiding me to improving my health beyond fixing the current problem. I also take my son to see her and she is so warm and comforting to him. I trust her with my most precious baby, so have no problem highly recommending her to anyone and everyone. Fabulous!!!

We love Dr. Whitley! I love that she supports BirthFit and thus breastfeeding, a momma community, holistic healthcare, but also is super warm and supportive! I was so excited that BirthFit opened in the Heights and that it's her :) I was also on the lookout for a pediatric craniosacral chiropractor nearby, and through another momma friend, found Dr. Whitley!
