Love this place but never stay on the second floor with balcony room! You can hear the tenants on the third floor loud as can be. Third time staying here and the second you walk in it’s load as can be with people walking above!! Waste of money for an adult get away. Also miss the milk and cookies they use to have!

When I made my reservation for a Thursday night, I specifically asked about the hotel bar. When we arrived we were told it’s only open on the weekends, yet when we came back from dinner (from some other place since the hotel restaurant is permanently closed), there were people in the bar, but we were told they were condo owners and we weren’t allowed. I think they should have told me about this when I inquired at my booking.
The person who “greeted” us, Renee, probably should not be in direct contact with the public, or may want to brush up on her people skills. She was curt at best.

This place is very nice it is worth a visit however if you get the Rome's next to the common area on the second floor it is incredibly noisy the other guests have no consideration for the people that are in those rooms near the common area so management has to take steps to close that area off at a certain time of the night and only open the area at a certain time of morning case in point we were still trying to rest at 6:30 and 7 in the morning and people came in to that area talkin loud as though it was 9 or 10 in the morning with absolutely no consideration for the people that are sleeping there

I would give this place all 5 stars except there was some damage to one of the walls in our room that needed to be painted. The very clever drawer ignoring board was broken. (they brought us a new one right away) and the table was very wobbly and did not get fixed or replaced during our 3 day stay. The view was pretty good. We stayed in room 7 and there is a very large tree directly across the street from the balcony. The gliders were amazing! I did not really complain about the maintenance issues because I understand that these are challenging times and most places are very short staffed. All

Location is wonderful but for a newer hotel the cleanliness has a lot to be desired shower had mold around door, blood splats on walls appears to be from someone swatting bugs room floor in need of repair. At the price point of $300 per night one would believe these type of things would be part of the daily cleaning

What a cool little spot! Very clean and lots of unique features. The bed and linens were amazing. Temperature control is actually controlled in the room, unlike most hotels these days. But the best part about this place is the people who run it. Even during COVID, they were very accommodating and super welcoming. An amazing place for a getaway!
