Our mission is to provide gentle, effective, affordable chiropractic care to patients of all ages to relieve pain, restore health and help optimize health goals naturally in a comfortable and caring environment. After spending 13 years in retail and bank management, I had a calling and need to serve people in a different way.
In 2010 I became a licensed massage therapist in the state of Washington. After running my own business for a couple of years, I began working as a massage therapist for a chiropractor in Longview, WA in 2012. It was through his mentorship and teaching of what it meant to truly "serve" people that I chose to enroll at the University of Western States in Portland, OR in 2015 to pursue my doctorate in chiropractic.

From day one Dr. Brian and his team were so intentional about getting to know us and getting to the root of our aches and pains. Dr Brian is so informative and I don’t think there was a time I walked away from an adjustment without learning something new about my body. One of the best chiropractors my wife and I have ever had, strongly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Timms was fantastic! Very professional, He educated me on how He could help and the way the body works. Not to mention his muscle work and adjusting skills are some of the best I have ever experienced with my neck pain, low back pain and diaphragm pain. It's like He is a wizard at making the pain disappear.

I was referred to Dr. Timms and was able to call and schedule my appointment for the same day! Impressive considering the current climate we are enduring. The whole experience was relaxing and from the moment I walked into the office. Dr. Timms was extremely calm and was easy to converse with. He was able to pin point exactly what my issue was. His adjustments are great and gentle, but also gave me the satisfaction of feeling relief. He also gave some great stretching techniques and demonstrations after I was done. I have been to MANY chiropractic doctors and can tell you this was the best experience

In the midst of a pandemic both Brian Timms and his receptionist failed to wear masks. I pointed this out and Dr. Timms went on a rant yelling at me saying that this was his business and he could decide on protocols. Well, thank you for showing how much you care about your patients and any potential patients. Your professionalism showed and I hope your business fails

I can say hands down that this is the best place to go for you chiropractic needs. Not only do you get a specific treatment plan that he designs for you but you get the warm and welcoming smile from the whole staff. With COVID-19 he is making sure everything is sanitized between patients and doing his best to keep everyone safe.

I was looking into getting my lower back pain resolved. had it for a while. after talking with a friend i decided this is not a great option. the way my friend sound when he talked about Dr. Timms has the appearance of being professional but clearly guesses at most that he dose with the absences of any really skill or know how. i have had some bad experiences and the story i was told alone is enough for me to be leary of this Dr....

I recently made an appointment with Dr. Brian to see if he could help with some hip, leg and lower back pain I’ve been experiencing. He was able to get me in within a day or two. Additionally, he called my insurance carrier and found out that my visits were covered under the self-referral benefits. Being new to chiropractic care, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a little nervous. Doctor Brian put me at ease with his kind, caring manner. Dr. Timms was super professional and knowledgeable. I got a spinal realignment and feel so much better. I've been trying for years to pop my neck on my own, but the tension kept building between my shoulders. Dr. Timms easily and gently relieved my tension in one visit. I can touch my chin to my shoulders again for the first time in years!
