The response to my problem was excellent! The technician explained that they needed to get the water out of the carpet and pad quickly, then remove the pad immediately due to the vapor barrier. Wainscoating had to be removed in order to dry the drywall behind. A good job was done in marking all of the pieces.
However, they all have one thing in common - they require proper care. We have several cleaning methods at our facility to serve all your rug cleaning needs. Some methods clean the entire rug through, others clean the surface of the fibers only. Rugs vary in their type of fiber, the strength of the color dyes, and how they are constructed.

I am in the process of selling our home and needed to have our attic inspected as a second opinion. I called the Dry Guys today and I have to say I am truly thankful for the kindness and quick action this company took to take a look at our home. Frank was such a pleasure to speak with over the phone and made me feel like a priority when I told him… we were limited on time and when Dillan came to inspect he was absolutely wonderful. He showed me everything in our attic and took the time to explain a lot to me. I couldn’t be happier and will absolutely recommend this company.

Everything I had hoped for and more! I have two dogs that live on our rugs/carpet in our home. It didn't take long for me to consider just getting a brand new rug to replace the old dirty one. Luckily I was introduced to The Dry Guys and they turned my dirty rug into what it looked like the day I bought it :)
Customer service was also wonderful. I felt at ease during the whole process knowing that all the wonderful folks at The Dry Guys were doing everything they could to ensure I had a positive experience.

The lady who came to give me a quote, who supposedly is a dog lover, wouldn't even go in my living room because of my dog. My dog has never bitten anybody, I'm not going to force my dog outside or in another room. Instead I just found a different company, obviously better and will be here Thursday. Oh and doesn't mind my dogs. Don't worry I've already spread the word to all my friends! 2 thumbs down dry guys, you so had my business too !!
