From what I understand today, there have been many calls, back and forth and after speaking with "Danny" Owner (that's what I heard as his name) who identified himself as the owner I thought things were going to be ok, but now I understand that this company does not do keys for 2001 Ford F-150 and he was going to send me a subcontractor by the name of Simon,(someone that work off your referrals) and after dealing with Ruben being aggressive this morning on the phone, and not knowing who

Excellent service! I was just locked outside of my home. Took the dogs out for their morning break and I completely forgot to bring my keys to get back inside. I had my cell phone so I immediately went to YELP to find a locksmith close by. Duluth Locksmith popped up with great ratings. I understand why now. Quick response time to the call and the arrival time was reasonable giving the time of morning, 8:45a . I hadn't even had a morning cup of coffee yet but my 2 little doggies were full and relieved so I could handle the wait. We are safely back inside an hour later and I was completely happy

Timely response for my small outside job. The three stars represent the locksmith being a little impatient and irritated when I wanted to check both keys to verify whether or not they worked. It was getting stuck but he seemed to be rushed and gave me the impression he did not want to check/correct the area to prevent it from sticking when trying to lock and unlock. Overall job was okay.

I called this company because I locked my keys in my car and they showed up within 20 minutes and had me back on the road within 10 minutes of showing up. Rubin was a super nice guy and very professional. No matter what kind of lock I need serviced or fixed, I am going to call these guys over anyone else. They seem to have coupled proficiency in their craft with ethical business practices and that gets them my business any time.
