I had a wonderful experience with them . Very knowledgeable and helpful . They changed my old system and installed a new AC system and they worked through all the challenging rout and complications of an old ducking system . They started the work early morning and stayed up to evening . Same thing next day . The owner was at the job site all day working and his assistances were very knowledgeable and helpful and polite . They were very careful and cleaned after they were done .

I was very impressed with Andrew's professionalism and knowledge. He worked on my HVAC several months prior and when he returned he remembered the issue and similar ones with other units in the neighborhood and was able to fix it for much less than the original estimate.

We recently used Air Plus to get AC and a new furnace installed in our new home, and they did a great job. Eric, Andrew, Ozzy, and Jim did our install, and they were very professional! They arrived on time, and worked hard every single day of our 3 day install. Our house gave them some trouble (the house is from the 50s, so small crawl spaces, very low roof over our additions, that kind of thing), but they definitely rose to the occasion and put in extra work to get it done. Air Plus was great from start to finish, and every single person we interacted with was professional and easy to work with. The quoting process with Kevin was smooth and competitive, and the installation went well. We got another quote from another company that came in a little lower, but we were much more comfortable with the professionalism Kevin showed. I purchased a complete Trane branded heat and A/C system from them 17 yrs ago. The A/C finally died of old age, but the furnace is still going strong. So, I just bought a new upgraded Trane AC from them, that they matched to my existing furnace. They also did some tune-up mods to my ducting too, to better distribute air to the 2nd floor. All works GREAT! Excellent people to do business with. Very professional, personable, and prompt. I highly recommend them.

Median pricing, on time, and communicative. I ended up having a very long approval process for a new electrical box with SDGE, but as soon as it was in Air Plus was there installing my new AC system. They were professional, super clean, and the owner was on site making sure I had the best set up. After everything was installed, they spent at least 90 minutes warming and cooling my house, confirming my system was working correctly. Then, someone stayed after to make sure my thermostat was set correctly. Amazing service, I'd recommend them

Seamless removal and install of new Fujitsu mini split. Worked with Kevin and Andrew (who did a perfect install), both are highly professional. I liked that the people at Air Plus were always punctual and if I… had any questions or issues they responded very quickly by email or phone. They listened to my recommendations for the install and double checked that everything was working right. I appreciate the inclusion of a surge protector for the unit. I am very happy with the heater I purchased. I really needed a new one and the one I got is very high quality .The installation took some time to do but was well worth the wait .The only thing I didnt know about was there was a coupon on line for 100.00 dollars off the unit ..I wish I had known about it when I bought the heater ..could have saved alittle bit of money ..but outside of that the whole experience was very well planned and things ran very smoothly. Service tech Eric Hardwick was attentive, professional in demeanor and appearance, knowledgeable, explained status and situation clearly in layman's terms and, best of all, was able to get out Trane a/c system back into perfect condition. He also informed us of the Air Plus maintenance contract, which costs only $15/month, and includes pre-summer and pre-winter visits and service. We will definitely sign up for that.

I contacted Air Plus back in late June for a diagnostic on my AC unit that I needed to replace. I was quoted a very reasonable price and decided to go forward with the installation. It took another month for my HOA to approve the install, however I was able to quickly schedule an appointment w/ Air Plus once I got the green light. I am very pleased with the work they performed. They installed a new Goodman Air handle and heat pump which is significantly quieter than the previous AC/heater unit I had, and replaced all my vents so the new vents would be open facing forward. I have been using Air Plus Heating and Cooling for several years. The blower stopped working and I called them to replace it and do maintenance on both the furnace and AC. They were on time, COVID19 safe, knowledgeable, and did not leave a mess. The price was fair. Because my system is very old we also discussed replacing it should the AC compressor go out. They did not push me or try to upsell me. When the time comes to replace my Trane system, I will definitely call them.

This is the best heating and air conditioning service in San Diego. I had them service my unit for both heating and cooling and they were very fair and honest both times.
Andrew was very knowledgeable about the problem, explained the service required in detail. He was very personable but professional.
