We have used them a couple times and we're very happy. The last time we true dot use them a tree had fallen in our backyard but was hung up on another tree. We called to get them out and the soonest that was available was a few days later. They looked at pics and assured us it shouldn't fall and to stay away from it. It was hovering over our fence and we were worried about losing the fence. David came out a few days later and talked to my husband. He said he could take care of it really quick so that our fence wouldn't be damaged. He had to go get a saw or something from another

Friendly, professional service! The sales representative was helpful in determining the problem with our tree and recommendations. The crew showed up when expected, protected my lawn and property, removed the tree and completely cleaned up afterwards. There is a reason this company is called "Top Tier" ----- they live up to their name in every way. Matthew, our estimator and front-line representative of the company is top-notch. He works creatively on solutions and pricing. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Bobby in scheduling (and no doubt other roles) is extremely accommodating. Chris, the General Manger, bends over backwards to make things right ---- on the very rare occasions that is necessary. From Matt, the sales guy, who is not pushy but very knowledgeable and informative to the crew who did the work, I could not be happier!
There price was great and work was even better. The guys did a great job cleaning up after they were done as well.

Top Tier was working at a neighbor's house across the street so I went over to ask about having a couple of my trees removed while they were in the neighborhood. The gentleman I spoke with explained that they would have to get one of their sales people to come out to give me an estimate. He contacted them and within 10 minutes, Matthew was at my door. He quoted a fair price and promptly emailed the proposal to me along with their certificate of insurance. Fast, efficient and cost effective. Huge tree fell in lake and drifted to dam. Kinda tricky because no equipment is allowed on dam. Top Tier responded within hours of call with a very competitive bid. Neighbors and HOA very impressed with both price and beautiful follow through clean up. Other bids submitted were almost 400% higher. I highly recommend Top Tier Trees.

Kevin and his team removed one very large oak tree that was buckling and many smaller trees and shrubs in just a few hours, I was so impressed with their efficiency and am even more impressed with the results. They were nice, trustworthy, reasonably priced and I could not recommend them more! We now have doubled the size of our yard!

While doing some "vista pruning" next door on a home that is being updated, the owner agreed to let me pay for removal of two pine trees that were impeding my lake view. Top Tier did both jobs at the same time and I thought they did a very professional job. Price was reasonable as these were bigger than I thought! I would also point out that they used some equipment I have not seen before to haul the cut pieces to the front of the property. That involved placing rubber mats from the front of the house to the back yard. If you had a lawn you cared about that equipment would have
