I give this 5 stars because for the price it was well worth the stay! My room was very clean. The TV and wifi worked great! The lady at the desk was so nice and helpful. For an older motel, it exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful room, great bed and one of the best showers I’ve had in a hotel (it was difficult for me to decide to get out). I would recommend this place to anyone.
The front desk lady was really nice and helpful too.

I never have a problem with service here as she is very pleasant and helpful but when she put me in the back rooms, i was mortified. Obviously she was unaware of the disgusting scene they are back there or I hope anyway. If you stay here make sure you ask for an upgraded room in the front as they are very nice.

My husband n I went there to get a room, the clerk wasn’t very nice at all she was rude as heck. She declined our stay n told us to go to Pratt n get a room. How rude is that! Nobody should every be treated like that. N the way she talked to us wasn’t right at all. So no starts at all. They need someone else there with good service to serve people not rude. She even toasted my Drivers License at me.

Had the good fortune of staying at the Copa unexpectedly. For the price, it is a great value. My room was clean, and to my taste well decorated. The grounds are kept up and the coffee in the morning was great! A lot of this I attribute to the new manager who seems to be really on her game. I plan to come back.

So let's be real, this is one of those cheap hotels that you go to when desperate. With that in mind, I feel this style of hotel needs a 1-5 star ranking in its own category and not compared to a Marriott.

For the price I paid, didn't expect much but was somewhat surprised of the room. My first mission was to try and get in my room without kicking it down, looks like they recently upgraded to keyless entry and was not properly installed.
Once Inside the bed pretty much smacks you in your face.... Good news bout this is is be able to hear someone breaking Into my car since it's ten

Not that you have many choices in this town but I was really tired and needed to stop. I got into my room and noticed many what looked like streaks of grease on the carpet. There were also many greasy hand prints on the back of the door, guess housekeeping cleans with the door open and never looks back there. I also tried to call the front desk to tell them the battery in the smoke detector was weak and chirping. Phone did not work. I walked to the office and told them about it. Few minutes later the phone rang (guess they disconnected the part of the phone that allows you to call with complaints
