I was staying at the Boymont hotel and me and my Girlfriend stumbled across this gem of a place literally just around the corner! Very positive and knowledgeable staff went over variety of in depth techniques… and had a great welcoming atmosphere, I would recommend it to anyone looking to get in some good training while in town! 10/10 🔥✌🔥

This team is the best, Seth and Trinity always give their best in each class. My son loves going to his Jiujitsu classes, they also teach them to be responsible, organized and to respect everyone equally. and above all to have tools to defend themselves.

Seth is amazing with our kids! They always look forward to going to classes. Seth, Spencer and all the other coaches teach awesome classes for adults also! The striking and BJJ make for awesome workouts, plus excellent way too learn some very great things in the process.
