I called and needed a tire changed. AAA told me 4 hours and couldn't wait that long. So I figured check Yelp and find a tow truck.
I had called 3 other companies and either no one answered or it went to voicemail. Then I tried Anderson towing. They picked up on the second ring and I was in business. She asked me what I needed quoted me a fair price of $85.00 for a tire change and told me 45

Pick and pull called these guys to come up my car. They came to the door so it would be a lot easier on me. Rocky was amazing. He was nice and kind and made this easy and simple. Rocky looks out for clients which is amazing. This easy and fast and no hair to pull out. I applaud these company for think of the client. Rocky keep up the good work.

They are terrible. I have roadside assistance my insurance company set up for them to come and tow my car, they said they would be there in 30 minuets then they said another 30 minutes; they kept extending their time until the canceled without informing us. We would have gladly gone with another towing company, to bad they didn't let us know sooner. Very inconsiderate making a bad situation worse.

After calling my insurance for a tow and the first company cancelled YOLIES ("NOT") TOWING & TRANSPORT
I call back insurance and they immediately send another request . By now I've waited 2 1/2 hours for first and it's already 840pm. I'm told new tow won't be there til 10pm. Anderson tow office calls and I explain I've already been waiting "2" hours. If she could please let driver know I'm alone and not familiar with area plus it's getting later.

I had an awesome experience. My driver went above and beyond for my "disaster" when my car wouldn't start. He went above and beyond assisting me with patience and kindness that was needed in my stressful moment. He put air in my tire, tested the battery and finally got my car towed. I was so grateful for his professionalism, patience and diligence. I only wish I had his name. He was my true knight in shining armor this morning. Thank you so much!!

Where do I start when you get great service and affordable. That's rare these days. I've used them for our business few times. From the first call to dispatch to the tow service technician, our experience was great. They are fast. Efficient. And handle it all for us. They even helped one time to where I didn't need a tow. Out cruising the back roads and found another Cadillac old school And was able to get it at a good price providing I get it out of there asap. Well no worries I call Anderson Tow cause they have always helped me in a pinch. I have had many cars towed for many different reasons and they always go above and beyond and all the drivers are courteous and professional

My husband took a spill on his motorcycle, if you ride you know how hard it can be to find a motorcycle tow. We called Anderson's and Kelly was super helpful, she got a truck to him immediately (before the cops even arrived at the accident) the driver loaded the bike up safely and got it where we needed it to go. They were professional, quick and careful and it's good to know we have someone like that near us if we ever need a tow again for any of our vehicles.

Kelly and everyone that works for Anderson's towing in Stockton ,Ca are AMAZING !!! Excellent towing company ! They are always quick on there response time .All of the drivers are very nice and helpful . I would not use another tow company . They are highly recommended . Thank you for the excellent service .

Truck driver didn't have proper knowledge of this company. Insured me I would get my things back but didn't inform me of their "policy". But he told me all about his "boys" shop and how I should take it there.. I know now I should have listened.
They started talking about a contract that I never signed! Papers and policy's that where never given to me.
She was asked by insurance company to call me when my car would be picked up so I can go there to get my things myself & she chose not to.

I had a breakdown in Elk Grove at 5 pm by 99 and called AAA. Was told it will take 90 mins. After 2 hours was still told by AAA that the dispatcher from Anderson towing said they are round the corner and X minutes away.
I kept on calling and was given a run around that they are just around the corner and on the way. Telling me they were 10 mins away or round the corner. My final call at 845 pm ! Was to ask the driver to call me asap ! Never called by 9 pm ! I flipped out craigslist looked up a local person and got it towed in no time. My advice stay away from AAA and do not use Anderson they
