My friend recommended me Palm Construction and he said that they are true experts in deck building so I contacted them. Reuven gave me estimate, it was fair and acceptable and I accepted it. Soo after we signed a contract Reuven and his tea, shoved up and started working on the project. They did excellent job and my new deck is brilliant. I can't recommend enough Reuven and his team.

I recently used Palm construction for a roof repair and painting. I was happy with the roofers they were quick, courteous and professional. When finished they cleaned up everything nicely. I was not pleased with the painters though. They were hired to replace the trim around garage and then paint it. The trim turned out fine. But I was specific about the type of paint and color. The brand of paint I asked them to use was not. And the color type was not used either. Also in the process of the work they were doing they broke one of my solar lights. I was told that it would be repaired or replaced

I was looking for a reliable contractor to build a deck and after detailed research I decided to hire Palm Construction. I saw their recommendations and they are very reliable company for that job. Mike and his team from Palm Construction did even better job than I expected although I expected a lot. Mike was there for any help, he was very communicative, professional and friendly. I really would like to commend and appreciate Menachem Beer, our field supervisor for overseeing our bathroom remodeling. He really took his time and effort to be there for us every step of the way. Any projects isn't perfect and we had some minor issues, like the back of the vanity was not textured and not painted, but since it's behind the cabinet we kind a let it be. The base boards behind the vanity was also forgotten but they were able to correct it right away. The paint on the ceiling was not as smooth and was noticeably uneven, but they were able to fix it too. Just make sure

I've been using Palm Construction for my bathroom remodel. But they also rewired my entire house and built a small deck when the they replaced a back stairway. Mike was excellent to work with, kind and funny, while steering me in the right direction.
I absolutely love my new Bathroom. Completed quickly by Palm's excellent craftsman. Enjoyed working with every person who was on site. They made sure they were doing what I wanted done and asked me questions.

STOP. Read this review. These guys are amateurs. Do not hire them unless you are an experienced architect, structural engineer, or general contractor. DM me for more information but this contractor is not good. They don't know what they hell they are doing. I will give the labor crew credit that they are a "B+" level crew, but the people at Palm are not quality or experienced GCs. They will rip you off in a second if you don't understand construction. Absolutely terrible communication. Absolutely terrible service. Absolutely terrible staff. DO NOT HIRE!

Very trustworthy contractor! I hired Palm Construction to install a new roof on my home, actually to replace my old roof with new one. Mike and his crew were great to work with and they made this project to go very smooth and quick. They did excellent and high quality job and my new roof is perfect. I have had some experiences with roofing companies and Palm Construction is the best for sure.

They gave me great price on my asphalt shingle roof replacement and I accepted their offer. The project started on time and working with Reuven and his crew was awesome. Reuven organized work very professionally and everything went smooth and quick also. My new roof is top notch, passed inspection easily and the quality of work is superb.

I just had my landscaping completed by Palm Construction and was not disapointed! The project manager Menachem B., was easy to work with and was very accommodating. It took about 3 weeks and the workers kept to themselves which was great during the pandemic. They were here everyday and worked long hours. It was a huge task to complete since I had the entire front and side of my house paved. And cute little palms planted along with solar lights. I really needed a change after fighting the drought, raccoons and gophers on my very sad looking, dried up dead lawn for past several years. Not to mention

Our home is in Napa and we had a number of remodeling projects on our to-do list. Originally our plan was to use Palm Construction only for the bathroom renovation. However, after experiencing the quality of their work, the responsiveness & ease of communication with the team, and their attention to detail, we ended up using Palm for all of the projects on our list. This included 2,000 sq feet of siding, upper and lower outdoor decks, and a new pergola.
The team was awesome from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the final results. I would not hesitate to hire them again

I am giving this rating because of bad project manager and bad craftsmanship. We chose palm base on the Yelp review. First impression was good. Demo on our master bathroom was fast and other things. The we noticed that we only have 1 person doing our bathroom, but we never questioned it. After the first payment the project manager communication was getting bad. We have situations on our shower tile being crooked and we told them about and all of them just ignored us. When all was done I told them about and project manager was insisting that its fine. He also wants us to pay for the replacement

Overall, our job was was done satisfactory. One thing Palm is great at is being on top of things when the road gets bumpy. We started off on a bad foot with Palm due to a bad project manager. But immediately after I spoke to Sophie and Robert, they brought on Omari as our new project manager to fix everything and took full accountability for what happened previously. They had to redo many things but now everything is done correctly and safely. I appreciate them being quick to respond once they knew there was any issue and did everything they could to remedy it. We think Palm did a good job reacting
