We offer 124 beds in beautiful spacious rooms, featuring both private and semi-private settings.

Update: stayed for 10 days. PT, OT were good. Very short staffed, call lights buzzing ALL THE TIME. He had a room mate the last few days who soiled himself regularly and the smell was horrible. One black staff person made my Father-in-law move his wheelchair so that he couldn't reach it. Then sat on the roommates bed and took pictures of my Father-in-law and taunted him. I guess she though he was senile, but he told us about it. Needless to say we took him home the day before Thanksgiving. They had wanted him to stay until the next week. But Father-in-law wouldn't have it.

After my wife's stroke I thought Granite mesa would be the best for rehab. The very first thing I was told I could only see her twice a week, I called the ombudsman and they changed it to everyday, after another stent of three days in the hospital I was told I could not see her for a week, again I called the ombudsman they told her it was a county rule, in the meantime I was looking at moving her no other rehab had that kind of rule the country judge had to get involved I was finally able to move her and be with her every day. I really believe the confinement for a week did so much damage to her

Back in 2018 i was caring for my grandfather who had cancer. I was 8-8 1/2 months pregnant and couldn’t do it anymore so we decided he needed a nursing home. Granite Mesa helped me so much with everything and he even said he was happy with that place. Thank you Granite Mesa for caring for my Pawpaw when i couldn’t anymore. He loved it there and thank you for making him comfortable when the cancer took over. I will always be grateful for your staff.

This place was horrific and abusive. There were a few really good nurses, and god bless em, but the rest were horrible. The place was horrible. Like out of a nightmare. I watched nurses laugh at confused elderly patients, with dementia, cut off call buttons for however number of hours they saw fit as punishment for patients pressing it too many times, left not to be cleaned up for hours, leaving raw open skin, then complaining to the patients when they finally "helped" them. And much worse.... This place needs to be shut down.

My Aunt is currently in Granite Mesa due to brain surgery and needing occupational/physical therapy. This place smells, the staff is HORRIBLE and she is NOT getting the care that she needs. She does NOT receive her MUCH NEEDED medication when needed. YESTERDAY I spoke with her at NOON and STILL had not received her MORNING medication. LAST NIGHT, she had to ASK for her night medication, in which the staff member left saying she was going to get it, but NEVER returned. She's NOT getting her MUCH NEEDED therapy daily that she needs. The food is absolutely HORRIBLE and I wouldn't feed it to my dog

My Mom was at Granite Mesa for 3 weeks for stroke rehab and our family was very pleased with her outcome and the great staff. Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy are 5 star plus, they were great. Facility was nice and clean, support staff was wonderful. Mom wasn't so happy with food but it looked good and appetizing to us - it seemed the cook staff tried hard but she might have been picky. Busy place, and sometimes her needs weren't met immediately but reasonably quickly. Would definitely recommend for rehab.
