Jeremy was great to work with—he listened and also explained what they could do. As I’ve said before, these guys know trees, and they are the only arborists we call!

This company was working across the street from my house. They trimmed a tree, the workers proceeded to blow piles of leaves into my street. Upon speaking with the driver about my complaint of not cleaning up he chose to leave and then take another lap by my house to spread the leaves closer toward my house.
We spent the entire day before cleaning up our leaves in fact many people close did. Now we have more leaves due to this lack of professionalism disayed.
I have since spoken with the owner Clay. He was very timely with a response and made it a personal matter. He Clay cleaned up the mess

We had a rather large pine tree come down during the blizzard and left behind a massive, difficult to access, root ball. Tree Artisans came out and gave us a fair estimate to grind it. They made quick work of the job and took great care to not damage our lawn or any of the ground surrounding the stump. They cleaned up afterwards as well. We are extremely happy with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone needing tree expertise.

I had a huge (55 foot) apple tree that was eaten at the base by worms or other critters, making the entire base unable to support the trees four trunks. I called Tree Artisans and Jack, who is a trained arborist, agreed that the tree had to go. He gave me a reasonable written estimate to take the tree down and grind the stump. We agreed on the date, and three days later, the crew showed up and very professionally took the tree down, chipped the branches, cut my new firewood to an agreed size, and stacked the logs for me. The yard was raked and cleaned up. Very satisfied with the work.

Tree Artisans are very impressive in both their skills and their customer interactions. You can tell they care about both doing their job well and making their customers feel at ease. They gave us excellent information that helped us make the hard decision of taking down our 40-foot tree. They did an incredible, efficient job and cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend this company to anyone needing tree care!
