My overall experience here, at least staff wise, was positive, I wish the same could be said for my Doctor. I understand that healthcare is personal to each and every individual, but I wanted to share that my specific experience with the staff was excellent, the nurses here are very caring and attentive, they have a good eye for detail as well and truly listen, again, I wish the same could be said for my surgeon...

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I had surgery with Dr Khorsandi and the entire staff was better than I could've asked for.
(I've had surgery before at a different outpatient facility and did not have a good experience. The aftercare staff was not pleasant and I woke up dry heaving)
I expressed the dry heaving to the anesthesiologist and he explained exactly what had happened. The other facility gave me too much anesthesia.
I also told him that I had gastroparesis and he took extra precautions with that and advised the staff of the changes as well.
I absolutely could not have been happier with this

My son recently had dental work at this location referred by the Childrens Dentistry, all in all it was a good experience. My husband was not to fond of a gentleman that was in front desk, but apart from that the staff, nurses, and doctors were all very attentive and polite. They all spoke to us individually as we walked through the process from explaining the procedure to addressing any concerns we may have. They took their time to answer both my husbands and I questions. We left our 7 year old son, reassured. As rather protective parents yes I admit, we left as reassured as one can be because

Worst place i have ever been to to have surgery! Was there 45 mins and they hadn't even checked me in. I had to go in and say something. My surgery was suppose to be at noon. It was 11:30 when i went. Back and asked what was going on. He said let me get you checked in. Then I asked, what time will my surgery be then? He said let me check you in and I will ask the nurse and I go you will let me know and he said yes. Fast forward to another half hour, its now my scheduled surgery time and I haven't even went back to even start the process. I go in and say what time is my surgery gonna be? One goes

I would rate this surgery center a big zero if I could. The surgery center staff was not friendly, not helpful and explained very little, so I had to play the game.... "10 Questions" with them to get answers to my questions. They also asked several of the same questions of me over and over again.
I could not understand several members of the surgery staff's English and those same members also talked very softly (couldn't hear them) and too fast (couldn't understand them).
I would NOT recommend this facility. I felt like I was just "piece of meat", and that the surgery staff had 100% control over

DO NOT GO HERE!!! You are treated like a number & not a patient. I paid this surgery center thousands of dollars to have a negative experience & I hope to steer you away from experiencing the same. They were negligent with my property & I haven't even received an apology. They are very unprofessional, as they do not return your phone calls or emails, specifically the administrator, Brittany Roy. Furthermore, you are mistreated, as they rush you out of the center right after being awoken from being under anesthesia. Ask your doctor to perform surgery elsewhere. This center is in dire

I had surgery here in July. The place was run down. The lady that did my paperwork and took my insurance was vaping outside of the main doors to the building. I thought that you had to be several feet a way from a medical facility, but I guess not.
The nurses were super friendly.
This was the first time that I walked into the OR.
They didn’t allow my one family member to come to wait with me before I went into surgery. I would have felt more comfortable if I was able to have a family member back with me. Also, they never told my family member that I was out of surgery.
