I requested AC preventative maintenance service and Caesar showed up on time. During the service, he discovered another problem requiring attention and took care of that too. He did all that without hesitation or complaint, despite it being a Friday afternoon. :) Now, I can relax in the comfort of a cool home. :) :)

No problems scheduling, they had an opening the day after I called. A Saturday service call, same price as a week day!! The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Did the routine service, then found a couple of problems that was impeding the HVAC's efficiency. Total time to have it fixed was minimal.

Definitely DO NOT recommend Arctic Air and Heating. Sold my mom, who is elderly and wheelchair bound and easily confused a $199 maintenance contract and when the technician came out for the summer inspection, he CLAIMED he found the motor to be overheating and that the bearings needed to be replaced. My mom had the office call me regarding this. I felt there was nothing wrong with the AC so I called a friend of mine who also does A/C's and he found NOTHING to be wrong with her A/C unit. Arctic Air wanted to charge me $280 for labor for something she didn't need. You hope to trust

This is the worst heating and air company in El Centro. The only reason we use them is because we have to, they have a contract with our home warranty company. They NEVER show up on time. Again today they are over two hours late. They will spend hours doing who knows what...every time I go back there the technician is on his cell phone on a personal call. If I could rate them with no Stars, I most certainly would. Take your business elsewhere because they DO NOT put their customers first!!

These people answer the phone by saying, "Arctic Air, where the customer comes first." Totally the opposite! I had a small issue with a part they installed because it broke prematurely. Not their fault. The problem is how they dealt with it. I left 4 messages for managers to call me back but they never called. Every time I call to speak to a manager, somehow, no one is ever in. Then they wanted to charge me for an inspection in order to warranty the part. After the inspection, they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Terrible company to deal with.
