When Matt ventured into opening up his own company, he already had 18 years of experience under his belt. He started his business in a side office of his parents' home.

Your driver nearly killed me while I was riding my bicycle on Alameda around 12:30 today. Instead of apologizing when I looked for an explanation he told me to get off the road and laughed. Bikes belong on the road and you need a license plate on your truck. What they did to me is illegal and potential homicide.

In a word, FANTASTIC! I feel as though I've finally found the right company for the job. I bought a new home a couple of months ago and it came with some HVAC issues. They have been by twice to trouble shoot the cooling in September and the Heating in November. Both times the mystery was solved in short order. Additionally, because the cooling system is old and inefficient, I've used them for the replacement. Once again, an stellar experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC help. Steve Landin, the Sales Consultant, was very professional, responsive and straightforward. Extremely easy to work with and provided honest opinions about the various units we investigated. After selecting a new unit, he adjusted quotes accordingly without asking. He developed an implementation schedule, removing the old rooftop hvac with a crane and installed the new one on the same day. At the outset he promised we wouldn't be without heat for only a part of a below freezing day in January and they DELIVERED. Sam is amazing to work with. He was; professional, on time, and spent Detailed hours assessing the new project of removing an old huge heater out of a home built in 1928 to install the new o heating system, without offending the integrity of a beautiful historic home. Terrible! I called and made an appointment. I scheduled my day to be home for the appointment only to be called an hour before that the serviceman would not be able to show up. I did not receive the call so I was waiting and finally called them only to find out I would not be getting any service. They said I could get service next week. Really for a heating issue in January? I will call a more reliable company in the future. Don't waste your time.

We had Pro-Tech out yesterday to perform an inspection of our heating and a/c systems. We had not used them before and were looking for a company to do yearly check-ups and a go to for unexpected repairs. The tech they sent, Bradley, is the best tech I think we have ever had...be in many years in the Bay Area and many in Phoenix. He was very knowledgable, spent a good amount of time doing the inspection, cleaning and evaluating vs in a hurry to get to the next job and having to come back to redo the quick job. I don't know if all their techs are as thorough and informative as Bradley,

My central air conditioning unit broke down and I called three different companies to come out to repair it. The technician from the first company, TLC, showed up with no testing equipment or tools. He inspected the wiring and told me that the wires were burned. He said it would be a huge job to replace the wiring and that I should just replace the entire central air unit. He told me he would send me a quote and left. The next day a technician from the second company, Road Runner, also showed up with no tools or testing equipment. He told me that to replace the wiring, parts would be necessary
