Please make an appointment in advance to ensure the most desirable time slot for your schedule. We typically suggest scheduling 6-8 appointments in advance so that you will receive the time slots that work best with your schedule and so that your treatment is not delayed because you couldn't get an appointment.
A typical first visit for acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine lasts about 90 minutes. During this time, you will be asked to fill out a health history questionnaire detailing why you are here and what symptoms you are experiencing. Your first visit will also include a treatment for acupuncture or a formula will be created for you specific pattern diagnosis.
