Horrible experience had my sons graduation at Pepperdine and I told them they had to be there at exactly 12:00 guess what they showed up at 12:50 and my other son had to run down our street to tell him where the house is. They had the wrong address on file and wrong time so my son had to leave before the limo came and start driving towards Pepperdine because he can't be late so unprofessional don't use them.!!!!!!

I rented a party bus for a bachelorette party from All Starz Limo. The price was very reasonable considering how nice the bus was. The office staff was so easy going and informative. Sal was our driver and he was so nice and respectful. He tended to our needs and was very patient throughout the entire night. I was very happy overall with the service and I will definitely be using them again in the future and will be recommending to all friends and family.

We rented a party bus for our daughter's 15th birthday April 28th 2018. On the day of the event our driver Robert was 20 minutes late. That wasn't a big issue. After I boarded the bus I noticed the first cooler was empty I had a few bottles of water and sodas that were not in ice and look to be from the previous trip. After talking daughter she said the back cooler was also empty.
After we paid the remaining balance for the bus the driver was asking for his 20% tip which was $120 we were not comfortable giving him the full amount at this time. Robert became upset and threatening to cancel

This is the best limo company they are Always on time and very good drivers professional there limos nice and very clean and always stocked with water and soda and Ice and they are using the latest gbs and entertainment system and they have many selection from sedans to big party buses for all occasion and they are very competitive with the prices and they are in Anaheim close to Disneyland and all the hotel's by the areas.

I can see why this limousine company gets such bad reviews.
We rented a hummer limo for the evening. The driver was on time which was good, however, there seemed to be mass confusion with the paperwork, from what I can tell there is either a lot of miscommunication between their office and the drivers, or their office is just badly unorganized. We had everything done correctly on our end. It took a while to get moving.
The limo itself was ok, it was not the cleanest on the interior, the sound system was very difficult to use, and there was no explanation by the driver on how to use it properly

If these cars have license plates that say STARZ STARZ19 IN PATICULAR STAY CLEAR!!! Your life could truely depend on it.! I am fearful for my life that this driver was on the road let alone be in the car he is driving. I live in Palm Springs and my son and I are on the dinah shore bridge when this STARZ19 cuts me off, not once not twice but three times! The third time so deliberate it almost caused me to hit the median and flip my car! This company is at huge risk hiring drivers like the one on my city streets today.

Yesterday was my sons 13th birthday so we rented a "hummer limo" for his birthday. The arrangement was to be pick up from a Hesperia location in a hummer limo and dropped off at magic mountain & then at the end of the night picked back up from magic mountain and dropped back off in Hesperia. That morning the limo that picked us up was an escalade. When I called the company they said they had no recollection that we requested the hummer limo (eventhough we received a confirmation email for the pearl white hummer limo). First time I have rented any type of limo. Checked a lot and many were not helpful. All Starz was different. Melissa was so helpful and patient with me. I changed times and routes and it never bothered her. She made me feel like I was a valued customer and what ever I wanted, I got. Then when the driver showed up, ON TIME, Mark was so friendly and accommodating. Not to mention a Navy Vet as I am, so we really hit it off. Mark picked me up in San Clemente and then into Commerce to get my wife and then gave us the grand tour experience all along the coast from Long Beach to irvine. Never a sudden

NEGATIVE STARS. This place was on time to wedding with a car that was mis-advertised. Said it would fit 12 on website, instead if fit 12 kids not grown adults. Car was in poor condition & driver got lost twice even with Navigation. My Photographer for wedding was unable to get in so we missed out on photos for that part of the wedding (and we left event to take photos). Car was not in good condition, driver spoke little English, and while we were talking photos to get in the limo, he interrupted me to pay the bill.
