Al's Moving Service (AMS) originated as a Furniture Store in Lake Havasu in the late 1960's. Al and Mary Perez bought a moving truck delivering mattresses, furniture and other store items and In 1970, Als Moving Service began as a household mover. They quickly grew from one truck to several which continued until the death of Al Perez in 2002.
The business was then sold to Larry and Donna Lambert who continue to operate the business. During that time, Als Moving Service purchased a warehouse and several newer trucks updating its equipment to insure the safe storage and transportation of its clients belongings. In 2008, Als Moving became an agent for a Van Line the quality leader in the Moving Industry.

Free Written Estimates - We come to you 6 days a week, during the day or evening, whenever is easiest for you. Our written estimate will outline all the costs associated with your move. Packing and Boxes - We offer full packing services as well as a range of packing materials including boxes, paper, tape, and bubble wrap.
Als Moving, you moved us three times over the years and each time without a scratch, even the baby grand piano. Thanks to everyone at your business who helped with our recent move from Lake Havasu to Oklahoma. After all the horror stories we heard about moving companies, we certainly were pleased with your service.

Hired them to move my stuff in town. I was not told about the 30 min travel time charge. ( it’s about two minutes from my house) I was only told about the two hour minimum. One of the movers is retirement age, and although he’s nice, I feel it only prolonged the job that I’m getting charged hourly for. It took 5 hours to move from one garage to another with a few pieces of furniture on the house. They didn’t bring a big enough truck so it took two trips. To top it all off he hit my van in the driveway and didn’t even subtract the time spent dealing with that!!!! The young man with him

We had them move some very awkward equipment for our medical office. They did a very thorough job. Took good care of some very awkward and heavy equipment. Even when we were thrown a curve ball they handled it like professionals. They were very prompt and very polite. I would absolutely recommend them
