How do I book services with Empire Limousine? You can call our offices from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday, or you can make a reservation online 24 hours a day. What are your hours of operation? Our offices are open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and we offer 24-hour dispatch and emergency service.
Empire provides service to and from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport and Midway Airport. Empire Representatives track your incoming flight so even if you are delayed we will be there to pick you up when you arrive. Let us take care of the stresses of driving to and from the airport so you do not have to worry about waiting in the cab line or long term parking and shuttles.
Empire specializes in corporate transportation. We provide transportation to and from O'Hare and Midway Airports as well as surrounding airports in Milwaukee and South Bend. We have Executive Style Sedans, SUV's, Stretch Limos or any other type of vehicle you may need for your corporate needs. We are happy to charter a vehicle for you so a driver will be at your service for the entire day.

I've booked trolleys through this company 5-6 times now. We do both a Halloween bar crawl, as well as a Christmas one. The last one I did was 10/28. The driver Carlos is the best and is always on time. Nicole is also easy to work with to setup the times/dates, and schedule the whole thing. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to do a trolley!

I'm so glad we hired Empire Limousine for our wedding day trolley! There were so professional and easy to work with during the planning stages. AND they were very affordable! They confirmed all of our information the week before our wedding and arrived early for our pick up time. The trolley was so adorable, clean, and air conditioned (which was perfect for our HOT September wedding day). I had to use limousine service last minute upon my return flight to Chicago. Empire sent a confirmation text after booking. Masrour was my driver he was excellent. He called me as soon as my flight landed to give me directions on where to meet. I called him as soon as I scooped up my luggage and he was there in less than five minutes. The car was super clean and the overall service was excellent!

I rented a trolley for my Bridal Shower in Sept 2012 to take my guests from my parents' house to Navy Pier and back to avoid having everyone needing to drive there and back on their own. A little indulgent but hey, why not?

I was in charge of finding a limo for a bachelor party for me and some friends. I called Empire and the reservations specialist on the other side quoted me $350 for a four hour point-to-point rental. She said it was a great deal and it would be in a stretch lincoln that could seat up to eleven.

Made reservations for our wedding approx 10 months in advance. At the time we did not have the exact times of the ceremony, but was told that was OK and a generic time of noon to 3 PM would be used as a place holder. I would just need to call back prior to two weeks before the wedding day to confirm our times.
Fast forward to approx three weeks before the wedding day I emailed Empire Limo and provided the exact time. I received a confirmation email from them saying we were all set.
I then received a call several days later (9 days before my wedding day) saying

Not a huge fan of Empire. I booked them for my wedding and the process for securing a shuttle bus was relatively painless. I spoke with someone who turned out to be the sales manager and we discussed the size of the bus I needed and for the 8-10 hours. I had a specific budget in mind and they came in under that figure so it was a fair price (specifically in comparison to other companies I called).

I got a SUV limousine from them for a buddy's bachelor party for a wild 6 hour tour of the city. If you do the same thing, just let the know the name and/or addresses of all of your destinations so you can just sit back, relax and let their wonderful driver take care of everything. The party ended at 5 am after he drove each of us home individually. I negotiated them to leave me an extra 10 minute grace period before charging me for the next hour and that driver got me to my door at exactly 5:10 and kept their word not to charge me extra.

My mother found this place for my wedding last June. We went to an open house where they had a number of buses and limos for us to walk through, ask questions, etc. They had a great price so we went with a 50 pas. bus. It was great. They were prompt, clean, and safe. Our driver, Charles, was so friendly and patient. He even let my drunk brother-in-law use the on-board mic for our 40 min trip from Chicago to Brookfield Zoo. Everyone we dealt with were courteous and professional.
