John & Brian were great to work with through pricing and scheduling; they were thorough and quick to help us coordinate around our tricky schedule. The crew was attentive and worked extremely well with our operations staff to ensure the full scope of work was captured. The job was completed in a timely manner with no complaints from any of our tenants. Great quality for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and will definitely use Paint Folks again!

I hired Paint Folks for a refinish due to my apartment buildings requirements ahead of my move out date and they did a great job and completed a day ahead of schedule. That was a huge plus not to mention the cost was a bit lower than what I was quoted. I highly recommend Paint Folks and my contact was Brian Foster.
