Dr. Danielle Hoeffner is a board-certified chiropractor and the owner of OptiLife Family Chiropractic. Dr. Daniell Hoeffner has been a Tampa Bay resident for the last fifteen years. She is a former NCAA scholarship basketball athlete, a marathon runner, golfer and an active lifestyle enthusiast. As an avid athlete, she understands the demands athletes put on their bodies.

I came for postpartum (post C section) evaluation and for colicky newborn evaluation. My baby also had some asymmetry in shoulder/neck area - he kept his head mostly turned to one side.
After couple of sessions my back, knee and hip pains improved. My posture is better now and I do not experience pain in pelvic girdle when I walk.
My baby is significantly better - less fussinesses, less gas and overall calmer. As result I was able to implement sleep training techniques. His neck is less tense as well so he can move his head more freely (it is no longer

I never been to a chiropractor before starting my treatments three weeks ago at Optilife. First the office is run very efficiently and smoothly. All the employees are extremely caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Rachel has spent the necessary time to diagnose my issues , and implement the correct healing procedures. Worst place I've ever been. Dr. Danielle saw me as a walk in, and barely even asked what was wrong. She didn't do any testing or ask any of the right questions. She cracked my back and my neck a couple of times and it did practically nothing. I was in more pain leaving than when I got there. She had a poor attitude and no smile. She acted like I was a nuisance. She rescheduled me for Saturday at 9 and upon arriving, the doors were locked and no one was there. I had a great experience at OPTILIFE. We came in for my daughter’s first baby chiropractor appointment. The staff at front is very nice, and the wait time is very quick! We saw Dr. Amanda who was amazing and super friendly. She went over everything, no detail was left out. Dr. Amanda really seems to care about helping her patients and she set up an awesome plan to get our daughter ready to go for the future. I was hesitant to go to a chiropractor but my back pain became consuming my life. Dr. Metzger has helped me SO much. My back is finally feeling better. She is kind, thorough, and professional. I take my baby to her as well and I have noticed tremendous improvements in her sleep. She used to fight sleep very hard and now it only takes me about 10 minutes to put her down. I have been struggling with severe back pain for over 20 years (since I was a child). Every doctor I would go to would just blame it on my scoliosis and move forward suggesting medicine or pretty much I'm out of luck. I came here ONE TIME and the next day I felt better than I can ever remember. No back pain, better posture, no more hyperextended joInts, the list goes on. Let me start by saying how phenomenal Dr Danielle Hoeffner is. I've only been here twice but I love it! Not only is she personable and charismatic she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Dr. Danielle and Dr. Amanda are really exceptional. I bring my family here for adjustments. They have both helped us a great deal. The adjustments are not aggressive, they take their time and accommodate your needs. The office staff is very friendly. The space itself is clean and comfortable.

Dr Danielle and her staff are absolutely amazing. I love this place and look forward to going every week.
My old chiropractors had really long wait times (like an hour) or were located in high traffic, difficult to get to locations, which would hinder me from going.
But Dr. D strives in getting you in and out quickly because she values people's time. Also I love how there is a furry friend to greet to at every visit.

This review is for Dr. Amanda Metzger of Optilife Chiropractic, located on Gunn Highway in Tampa. A bit of background on my prior chiropractic experience with doctors in Northern Virginia 17 years ago- brief consultation period of 20 minutes after reviewing my medical history, normal screening of vitals, adjustments of neck & back that you can hear & feel slight snapping sounds, and finally payment, see ya in two days or so for more of the same.

Dr. Danielle takes her time and diagnoses the issues and then sets up a program to help fix those issues. One of the best treatments I have received and I did not have to go to see her forever. Once issues were fixed, I only have to come in once every 6 months for maintenance and not every two weeks for pain

5 stars! Dr. Dani and her team are knowledgeable and friendly! They put your health and well being above all else. They not only help you to feel your best but give you the tools to continue at your best. They have two offices and three doctors. I went into Opti Life with an appointment with Dr Danielle. I was crooked so out of alignment and hurting bad. I have some stenosis in my neck and herniated discs in my lumbar spine. I was a little skeptical because I usually take care of my back problem with massage. Dr. Hoeffner at Optilife was recommended to me by my sister, who is a nurse. I have had back and neck pain for years due to scoliosis, and I thought I would just have to "live with it" or else try some form of back surgery when it got bad enough.
