Had a little bit of an emergency today which happened to be a Sunday. I had no problems reaching someone to come out from 72° and fix my unit Within the hour. Robert D was both courteous and very knowledgeable in what needed to be done to my split unit and fixed it quickly. Again thank you 72° Degrees

PARTS RIPOFF!! Visiting my mom's house, we realized her unit upstairs wasn't working. Blowing fine, but not cool. I figured it was the capacitor and Joshua, the service professional confirmed.
They charged her $165 for the capacitor which could be purchased for about $10-$25. Double the price ok, but 8-16 times the price is a RIPOFF!!
Changing a capacitor is an extremely easy job almost as simple as changing a lightbulb. They have a flat rate $89 charge which I understand . Joshua was friendly and offered his knowledge freely. Apparently capacitors should be changed every 5 years
