This was my 2nd time using them. Prompt both times & very helpful. After waiting two hours for another company, they got to me quickly & loaded up to get my car across town.

The Towing firm was wonderful. The towing driver, Marq, came quickly and was super professional and efficient.

When we had a flat tire after the Nats game (and discovered that one of the lug nuts was too tight for the small lug nut wrench in the car), AAA sent Dionne from District Towing. She got to us very quickly, removed the stuck lug nut, and repaired our tire -- and she did it all with a smile. Great service!

I had a flat tire and when I called for help they said they would be there to help me 30 minutes! They were super fast and reliable. I would recommend them if you need a quick car fix!

awesome tow guy i didn’t get his name but he was an older gentleman.
instead of having to tow 25+ miles to a shop, he offered to plug my tire and fixed it fast. Great guy very friendly deserves a bonus or a raise if possible.

Finding a decent towing company seems to be a challenge in the DMV. I called SIX of them before getting a hold of District towing. They were very professional, charged a decent rate, picked up my wrecked car &delivered it to the body shop with no issues, and emailed me a receipt. Great service.

Had to get my car towed to auto shop. It was pretty easy to get the tow arranged. I felt like they were straightforward about the price and the arrival time. The driver had a great attitude about him. My garage had a low clearance but the truck was able to get in and get my car out. Good job.

I had a very bad experience with these guys. I was in desperate need of a tow and called them - got a good quote and they said the driver would call me shortly to confirm the address and pickup details. I hadn't heard anything for an hour and a half, so I called back, only to learn that they wouldn't help me because I wasn't an AAA request. Fine, whatever - at least give me the courtesy to call me and tell me to look elsewhere. Now im in an expensive bind because District Towing didn't even call me to tell me they weren't coming. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I have been stranded on the side of the road in 90 degree heat for the last 2 hours and no one has showed up.
Dispatch informed me that a truck would be at my car in 30-45 mins time however no truck arrived. After 1 hour i called dispatch back just to be put on hold for 10 mins and then told a driver would call me in a few mins. 20 mins later i called dispatch again informing them that i had still not recieved a call. Was given another number to call, which only connected me to another dispatch office that said a driver would call in the next 2 mins. 20 mins later still no call

Busy rainy weekend, and I needed a new battery. I told them no rush, but they still got someone out to me with a new battery in ~1.5hrs. Sounds like they try to get someone to you within an hour usually, but I didn't need them to get to me that quickly so told them to take their time.

My tech, Chris, was great, showed me what he was doing as he installed the battery, and his colleague took my CC payment over the phone once complete. New battery delivery & install at my house was $265 +$20 cash tip.

I called at 9PM on a Friday night needing a new battery. The person I spoke with was incredibly polite and helpful. A battery technician called me back within 15 minutes with a quote ($220 for the battery + installation). He arrived in less than an hour and was done in 10 minutes. Unbelievably great service + fair price.

Super nice guys. Call them first before calling AAA, they will tow your car then enter your info later. No hassles what so ever. Plus their brother company District Garage also really great. I have dealt with them at least 4 times and they have always been very accommodating to my needs.

I called to request the tow and had everything arranged in less than 10 minutes!! After I got off the phone with the operator I received an automated call stating that my truck had been dispatched. A few seconds later I received a call back from District Towing to let me know that the truck would arrive within 30 minutes. This was very pleasing news, and everyone was very courteous.
