Do not use this service. I was picked up at South Station by a taxi whose trunk was full of crap. The driver did not attempt to come out to help put our luggage (4 pieces) in the trunk. He took us to the wrong hotel. The credit card receipt had not taxi or driver number and so it's impossible to file a complaint with the Boston taxi commission. So the next best thing is to write this review here.
