2.5 stars. My landlords hired this company after a mice was found in my apartment (not at any fault of my own, it was managements or other tenants) and they just do what management wants, not what the actual tenant is concerned with, i.e. they do the bare minimum. I understand management paid them, but you're servicing the tenant and I wouldve had no problem paying myself to ensure everything was handled accordingly and I was communicated with. (They also provided no communication with the tenant whatsoever regarding the issue.) I specifically asked them to address something relevant to the issue

My experience was horrible! I had a service for my 4 unit apartment building where they would spray in one of my units every other month. I found out that they never did spray inside the unit, but were charging me for the service. They kept lying until I proved it. I cancelled the service and they still charged me for the last month. Never Ever Again!

I absolutely love their customer service. I called very frantic and initially rep stated no one was available until following day. I started what the problem was and he put me in hold ti see if he can any availability in my area.

Hard to get someone to respond to emails or request for tech to come out. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks to get someone to help schedule an appointment but no one is helping me at all.
Update: I was finally able to get a tech out to my apt, very nice man, helpful and polite, hope to see fewer cockroaches soon!

Scheduled 3 separate appointments with these guys, took work off for the appointments, they failed to show up to the first one. No call, just straight up no show. Gave them a second chance and they showed but required a follow up visit (ok fine), and go figure, no show. Don't waste your time with these guys like we did. Call someone else.

We hired Stanley to come out and spray a house we just moved into for ants. They came over 2 hours late with a attitude and spoke to us as if we were to blame for them being late. I watched the representative spray and he seemed like he was rushing to leave and just did not care (totally disengaged in what he was doing.)
Well the problem didnt get fixed and we called them back after a few days saying that we still have ants inside the house and they told us we have to wait 10 days for the product to really "work." Ten days later we still have ants and after an hour on the phone

Just got seriously burned by Stanley Pest Control. I was charged $485 for a flea spray for my 988 sq. ft. house and my tiny surrounding yard. They have a promotional coupon for the exact same service for a house up to 2500 sq. ft. for $135 and they WOULD NOT HONOR IT. I looked online and every other pest control charges between $150 - $250 for the same service - what they charged me was almost double the next most expensive pest control estimate. I actually would prefer to give NO STARS. I spent two days taking everything out of my kitchen and bathroom. This is not an easy task, especially with my busy schedule. Today I was starting to put everything back. I cleaned piece by piece and still roaches roaming around the countertop. What kind of work is this? This company does not know what they are doing. Do not use them. I beg of you do not use them. I am in a disaster area in my home trying to put everything back in order and finding roaches.
