Extremely rude and worst than HORRIBLE customer service. If I can give a -5 star, I would not hesitate … so others don’t have to experience this UNPROFESSIONAL and MAD individual.
Ravin (or so as he called himself) even verbally harassed my daughter who only texted the number he gave to locate where the pick up vehicle was at the time whilst waiting at ORD airport. He was not just rude but to a point of scaring my daughter who was thinking very hard whether she should get in the car.
While taking the order he sounded quite polite but completely the opposite (and seems like the same reviews

I am up in Chicago often, the only service I use is My Limo Time. They are always on time, clean cars, great service! It could be 6 months or a year between service and they always remember me and remember pick up and drop off locations. Im a big fan of companies that pay attention to all the details (big and small) I can't say enough good things about these guys!

As someone that travels two or three times per month, I can't say enough about Ravin and My Limo Time. I've been using their service for about 3 years for business and personal travel, and they've never let me down. Prompt, courteous, extremely clean vehicles, and most importantly - 100% reliable. Ravin takes great pride in the service committment of his business and it's evident on every single trip. Prices are very reasonable. You will not find better value in transportation.
