E D Clark School Photography

Very unprofessional company. It’s very unfortunate that our school has decided to work with this company. Poor quality photos but for the price I assumed they’d at least make an effort. My son wasn’t centered in the frame, and you’d assume they make an effort to get a smile out of them.. not sure if the photographers aren’t getting paid enough or they just don’t care about their job. I paid for personalized photos and received the wrong name on my sons photos. I Called for a refund and they refused to answer my calls; they prefer to deal with issues through a long exchange of emails

We’ve had the pleasure of using ED Clark for many many years and I wanted to offer a few details of a recent we we had while using them for our middle schooler…
My son’s picture was GREAT! He told them that they encouraged him to smile (THANK YOU!) The photographer was “cool” about it so my son willingly complied. When we received them, they appeared a little “bright”. I emailed ED Clark and they responded almost immediately & offered a few options, including retakes or a touch up. They sent me a touched up proof that was perfect! Then they offered to ship them to me (free of charge

Critical: Quality, Value
My child's school switched to this company and they are terrible!! It's completely blurry and they chose the same color background as the shirt my son had on! There is nothing professional about this company!

Our school switched over to this company over a year ago, I have two students and both their photos were just poorly done, they must only take one shot, my sons was caught on a eye blink, my daughter had her chin up way to high. The photo quality itself is not vibrant, zero touch ups and my tan kids looked like ghosts. This year I didn’t bother to order, sad because I love school photos, I’ll look at the proof first.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
We can take better photos with an iPhone, and apps allow better retouching. Total lack of attention to detail too - including wrong name and WRONG YEAR. It's too bad that we pay for these mementos when we can just do it ourselves.

I scheduled my senior portrait pictures here and my appointment was at 1:20 the lady who scheduled my appointment (Kym) emailed me a few days later and asked to switch my time to 1:40 and I agreed . She never replied back , on the day of my pictures I got a email at 1 PM saying my appointment was at 1:20 when I emailed her back saying I couldn’t make it at that time she told me I had to reschedule very unprofessional and bad customer service .

They didnt take my child picture. So I called to reschedule lady was very rude, also the last picture that were taken by them were very bad..if you claim to be a professional photographer. Why was my child not smiling also his hair was everywhere like if they placed a fan in front..it so sad ..it seem they just do it for the money .
