Took my 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan AWD in for an Alignment on 3/20/19 as a test run to see if we would be using TAW's as our new garage since the nearest VW is in Harrisburg. Nice to FINALLY call somewhere and have them announce the place of business that alone gets a star! The front office is well kept (another star) and the staff is polite and courteous (2 stars) my ONLY suggest is perhaps a buzzard to announce to the guys in the back when a customer walks in the front. Came to drop off my keys and had to ask a question, my son had to get me home then shuffle off to work so we were in a hurry. I

I moved to the area recently and was concerned that I would be able to find a professional service center for my vehicles. Took my car there a little over 2 years ago for inspection. Was told it would take $1500 to pass. Brought it home, put $20.00 set of brake pads on and past at next garage and the year after at yet another garage. And just now at a third garage. Just got done getting my brakes fixed at TAW service center. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and precision of work done in a timely fashion. I was in the area due to work when my brakes started squealing and not working properly. After calling numerous car care centers in the area, TAW were the only ones willing to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. After arriving I was greeted by a very nice receptionist and the owner himself went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. I've been taking my car to TAW for 5 years and always had decent service. Things were usually done in a fair amount of time, but on August 20th I dropped my car off at TAW to get a shifter cable put on my car. They told me maybe Friday the the 23rd they would look at it. 9 days later on Thursday the 29th they finally called me with an estimate and said they would order the parts right away. I called on Friday the 6th 17 days after I dropped off my car, because I didn't hear anything from them. The mechanic told me the part came in yesterday and they should start working on it shortly.
