The goal of Therapeutic Relaxation is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Therapeutic Relaxation Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle tension, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. I perform my own unique blend of Swedish & Trigger Point Therapy.
I aid this process with the use of Synergy Stones and the essential oils I choose for one's session based upon one's needs. Note: Please inform me if you are allergic to any essential oil(s) or ingredients that may be in my massage cream/lotion. I have plain, unscented massage oil on hand to use of feel free to bring your own.

Offering massage and aromatherapy for women and women ONLY. Providing stress and pain relief of all sorts of aches, pains, such as fibromyalgia, MS, TMJ and tired achy feet. I am also working on providing relief from headaches via the use of massage, Synergy Stones and essential oils. I provide a unique blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point which I call "Relax Tissue."
At this time, I limit each day to 3 or 4 clients and I do not accept same day appointments or walk-ins. All appointments must be scheduled at least 12 hours prior. This is a membership open to all ladies who are active duty military, reservist, national guard, retiree or a military spouse to be able to receive a free 60 minute "Tranquil Relief" per month as my way of giving back.

The owner was very professional and accommodating to people’s health and target spots for massaging. She had me fill out a paper beforehand that helped outline what I’d like out of the experience and she followed through! I was also concerned being a bigger/plus size women about being massaged and the table being small. She had a very large table which was extremely comfortable and even put some wedges of foam padding under your feet and knees at certain points. The entire place smelled amazing with different essentials oils, it was calming and relaxing with the music played, and the mix of

I got two massages here as a Mother’s Day gift from my dear husband. This woman uses some of the fanciest oils I think I’ve ever had for a massage! They feel great and smell even better. I will say that she does have a lighter touch, so if you’re looking for a firm massage you’ll have to speak up and request it.
