ZERO stars is more like it!! Stay AWAY from these people, even if the "Case Manager" at a HOSPITAL, "Steers" you their way! Can you say "kickbacks?" I thought you could! The GM here is bad news, and has NO problem covering up things, like the ASSAULT of elderly people by HOSPITAL WORKERS!
Did you know that CareOne is the parent company? Well, they are. This used to be called "Bergen Care Home Health," but if you ask the General Manager Mizz S.N. about that, you'll hear her squirming over the phone!
WHY? Because people with EVERYTHING to hide, hide EVERYTHING! Places like this blacken the eye

I'm an EMS provider..
I had a run in with one of their home nurses. She called 911 and told us this patient isn't acting right, his mind is altered. When asked how he normally acts? The response was "this is my first time seeing him" she also said his blood sugar is low. When asked what she assessed the blood sugar to be, the response was"I didn't check it." The nurse continuously interrupted our assessment saying "he has to go to the hospital!" I had to ask her to calm down multiple times and let us do our job. The patient is not altered, he's answering all of our questions correctly, his vital

I have several complaints about this company. They don’t properly train their aides and we are stuck with an aide who does next to nothing all day. We gave him a checklist and even showed him how to do things but he never seems to take the initiative to do work and even finds reasons why he didn’t do something on the list. He doesn’t take social cues well and we cannot figure out if he’s just simple-minded or just lazy.
We asked them for an aide 7 days a week and for whatever reason, they don’t communicate whether or not an aide is coming or an aide is going to be late. There were several
