Silver Horseshoe Inn
Built in 1910, the legendary Silver Horseshoe has history and character that few hotels can offer. Dating back to prohibition, and before, there are stories of underground tunnels used for bootlegging, that traverse the hotel property and some of the other historical landmark buildings throughout Saint Anthony.

You do not need to look far to find locals who will look you straight in the eye and tell you about ghosts dressed in Cowboy gear who on occasion, still visit the Silver Horseshoe saloon. Other locals will tell you about the Chicago Mafia and how they once used Saint Anthony as a distant "cooler town" location for some of their members under "heat" by the Feds.
Services

Saint Anthony is nestled at the heart of Henry's Fork River just 10 miles N/E of Rexburg, Idaho. Traveling 40 miles N/E, you'll find the tourist attractions of Mesa Falls and Island Park. Directly from us, 45 to the east is the City of Driggs, Idaho, the gateway to the Grand Teton Mountain Range. A little further east is the legendary Jackson, Wyoming.

An amazing hidden gem. Last time I was in the area I staid at the Courtyard in Rexburg, but I’d prefer the Silver Horseshoe any day over the “commercial” hotels. What they have done to this old historical building is nothing short of magical. No shortcuts were taken with the renovations. Everything from the furniture, appliances, artwork and Lenin’s are top notch. The full kitchen was fully stocked with fresh eggs, cheese, sausage, hash browns, juice and waters all on the house. The owner Randall was very accommodating and willing to do whatever it took to make my stay comfortable. I’ll

We chose the small room since we were staying only one night. It was immaculate! Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The owner checked us in and shared places to eat and sights to see in the area. He trains and oversees the housekeeping staff.
All rooms have a FULL kitchen with full size new stainless appliances. The restaurant is undergoing a major remodel so eggs sausage and cheese and juice were provided. We enjoyed a leisurely morning. This is an historic building so view out windows was the neighboring building. We could hear the fridge cycle off and on.
We enjoyed our stay and slept

We stayed here in the middle of a multistate road trip with a 1 year old and a 3 year old (call us crazy!) The customer service was unbelievable and it was the perfect setup for the rest our family needed. Very clean rooms, exceptional service. I would highly recommend!

This place served as our stop after visiting Yellowstone. The inn provided us with room #7; a spacious room with a spacious bathroom that is almost 12x10 feet with separate sections for the towel and basin area, and the commode and the shower area.
Additionally, it has some great furniture that are designed with an artisan touch.
There aren't very many rooms as this is an upcoming Inn so the pricing is relatively high as this place grows into a full fledged hotel.

Of all the hotels and Air BnB's I have stayed in inside of the U.S., this had been my favorite. Check-in went smoothly and we enjoyed a friendly welcome. Out room was very clean and comfortable and included a kitchenette and complimentary breakfast. We had a washer and dryer available to us at no extra cost. The little town felt very safe and there were plenty of food options within 15 minutes. We will definitely be staying here whenever we are in the area.

Very pleasantly surprised by this quaint, historic hotel. Didn't look like much from the outside, but the room was immaculate, large, with a full kitchen and a full-sized fridge stocked with breakfast items. The bathroom had high-end fixtures and beautiful countertops. The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Randall and Larry are wonderful folks: friendly, helpful, funny. The hotel room was great; very clean, comfy, and well appointed. The fridge was stocked with breakfast items you can make in your in-room kitchen. Randall was super helpful and accommodating with me booking my stay: was originally for 2 weeks, but at the last minute I needed to add another week. He juggled a full house around to make sure I could stay in the same room. Don't even look anywhere else - just stay here.

We truly enjoyed our stay and getting to visit with the owners Randall and his brother Larry. Both of these gentlemen were so welcoming and giving of their time, they also made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It was also such a pleasure getting to learn about and see the history of the hotel. And as far as the accommodations go, I did not hesitate giving this place a 5 star rating. The room was clean and very spacious, a very welcome change from the same old same old you get from all the typical accommodations. I also want to thank both of these gentlemen for the extras such as the
