I want to publicly thank Brooke Layton for all her help as my clients transition to the Tampa area. If you are misfortunate enough to own a home next to a Devonshire construction site, be prepared for a year or more of daily hell. Devonshire tore down the house next door to me and allowed the empty lot to become overgrown and a dumping ground while they built 2 other homes on adjacent lots. When they finally cleared the lot to begin construction, they used a crew of very young men operating heavy equipment in a reckless manner. They destroyed and removed my 100 ft fence, felled several mature trees on my property, and caused extensive damage to my landscaping. It has been more than 9 months and

My Father-in-Law and Brother are currently building custom homes with Devonshire and very happy with their experiences thus far. Brooke and Josh (the owners of Devonshire Custom Homes) have a great team of contractors, designers and project managers in place to help the process go efficiently and stay in budget.
