Turner's Fine Carpets opened for business in 1959 by Dennis Turner after gaining valuable experience installing carpet for local flooring, furniture, and department stores. His wife Mary Ellen handled the office duties. When his son Larry came of age, he was unleashed into the world of flooring installation.
With his father overseeing the quality of work, Larry became a master craftsman in the flooring trade. In 1984, Larry and wife Lisbeth took the helm. Sons Ty and Dan Turner worked at the shop. Ty, with a Bachelors Degree in Visual Arts focused on making beautiful custom inlaid area rugs. Dan worked as an installer's apprentice while he attended college.

Turner’s Carpets is a wonderful company to work with.
I walked into their store one day and someone came to my house the very next day to do the measurements.
The installers were very professional. They were super fast and they returned the furniture exactly where it was before the carpet installation. They finished four bedrooms in 6 hours (I think they have fairy wings and a magic wand). Plus they were friendly especially to my toddler who kept trying to talk to them.
My new carpet looks amazing. The color and texture is is exactly what I wanted. It’s very comfortable to walk on. The installation

After getting a quote for carpeting from a big box store, I was looking for other options. A friend recommended Turner's and I am so happy I went in! I went to the store to look at samples and schedule a quote. They came out quickly and got back to me the next day with an estimate. I was thrilled! Literally thousands of dollars less than the big box store for comparable carpet. I just had the carpet installed yesterday and I love it. Two guys came out and finished in about 5 hours. I had three bedrooms and their adjoining closets carpeted. They were quick, clean, and did a great job.

I love Larry and Danny. They are excellent to deal with. I work for another local business, and they've done work at my shop and also my own personal home. Juan and his brother are AMAZING. Hard workers, and do awesome work. They were at my house almost all last week, and I love it. You want an awesome company to work on your project, with Larry and Danny, you can't go wrong with Turner's. I enjoy talking to them even when it doesn't have to do with work. I can't say enough good things about these guys. y'all!
