US Medical Solutions (USMS) is a rapidly growing for-profit company proudly serving the local and long distance transportation needs in and around Bexar County. USMS was founded by a highly talented and accomplished professional, Robert Story.
In serving as the Vice President of a prominent Medical Sales company for many years and in working closely with countless state and federal hospitals, Robert witnessed firsthand the need for increased support services to meet the needs of our seasoned seniors.

Unlike curb-to-curb services, US Medical Solutions provides door-through-door service. Whether you require ambulatory or wheelchair assistance, our highly trained staff is prepared to accommodate your transportation needs from within your place of residence to check-in at your destination. We specialize in a host of local and long-distance transportation originating in Bexar County.
If you are private pay client in need of non-emergency medical transportation, you will pay on the day of transport. If you have an established account or signed US Medical Solutions Service Agreement you will be invoiced as per the terms of the Agreement. To ensure proper non-emergency medical transportation accommodations throughout San Antonio, we request 24-48 hour advanced notice.

I don't typically give reviews, but I was asked to leave one regarding my experience, so here goes.
In full disclosure, I've been serviced by them on multiple times, consistently without issues. I mention this because out of the few accessible transportation companies that exist I've found it to be extremely difficult to find any that accept private pay and not just insurance. With other companies the first pick up is good, but service has a steady decline downward on repeat trips.
Another reason I use them is because they are veteran owned and I have extended family that are as well.
