I recently bought a civic from them, I am 20 and don’t understand much about the car buying process. I told them many times I did not want any of the warranties. I was under the impression they understood that, somehow a paper got slipped in there that I did sign because I did not understand what was going on. I was told that it would get taken off, I have tried to get ahold of them now to get a confirmation and now my calls are getting ignored. They took advantage of a 20 year old girl.

Came to them with a simple problem, they weren’t able to fix it and I was still charged a large amount anyway. They said it was because the car had too many after-market modifications, but other than a new backup camera and radio all the aftermarket changes came from this same Honda Service Center and were Honda branded parts. I thought they should have records for when those parts were installed but they said they had lost all the records from more than a few years ago. Very frustrating. They gave me a discount for my troubles which was nice but in the end I am still out by about $400 dollars

Not me but whom I was with was told over the phone an offer of $7200 with detailed pictures and information given for a vehicle and the person did not indicate before hand that the offer could decrease upon in-person viewing. ust be cautious when trying to sell a vehicle and get as much detailed information as possible. Especially if you have a bit of a distance to drive to the place you're going.

I have a Honda Pilot I took into the service department for warranty work. I just want to say they are absolutely đŸ’¯ amazing! They are the BEST service place I have EVER used! I would highly recommend them!!!

Don't trust their recommended services! We took our vehicle for a regular oil change, and as usual, they try to sell unnecessary services, especially to customers who don't know much about cars. They recommended transmission fluid flush although it was performed not a long time ago, and it shows in the car history (In addition, according to Honda, transmission fluid flush is recommended only twice in a car life span). They also recommend brake pads replacement and brake fluid flush claiming that the pads condition was fair. Because the brakes is a safety issue, I took the vehicle to other mechanics

Great experience. It’s been a long time since I have bought a new car due to the pressure from the salesmen. This was not the case at 6th Avenue Honda. Jason was a great person to work with. From the time of our phone call to arrange for the work to be done to the time we drove away after the work was done we were fully satisfied and cared for in every way. We appreciate the care at the desk coming and going and the follow up after we were home. Thank you

These guys are way overpriced! The service is ridiculously overpriced and the vehicles can regularly be bought (online w/published pricing) elsewhere for substantially less.

I took my car in for a door latch, the drivers door would not lock from the inside when in park. $140 to diagnose, $420 for the latch, and $225 to install.

The part is less than 1/2 that price online and as for the diagnosis:

-I had just replaced the latch less than 1 month ago at another honda dealership. (previously the lock didn't unlock at all) I'm not sure how many Honda dealerships it takes to correctly

After moving to Stillwater I was keen on buying a vehicle locally. However, I was quickly disavowed from such an action after visiting 6th St Honda.

Let me put this up front - the sales and admin staff seem quite kind and very knowledgeable.

Where this place falls on its face is the actual sales process and the prices it offers. I was quoted a sales price that was 4-5k above the price I could find online at other nearby dealers. 6th Avenue Honda operates as if consumers do not have the ability to find other prices or to find the dealer's actual invoice price online. I suspect this place

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I've owned Hondas for years and dealt with almost every dealership in the region. Don't let these minority positive reviews fool you, this dealership says one thing and does another. They caused significant problems with my brother's vehicle, assured him they would make it right, then refused altogether. Please save yourself the heartache and money and go somewhere else.

Welcome to your hat truck dealership of Stillwater. They advertise a car for sale and even give you and offer on the internet yet car is available but not for sale. So what do they do? Don't claim responsibility, they don't sell you the car like they are suppose to and try to switch you to another car you don't want. All while taking no responsibility and leaving the car for sale on website. What a pathetic way of doing business. So instead I purchased same vehicle from another dealers for less than they offered me for theirs. Oh but theirs wasn't for sale. Good riddance.

I had to have my 2017 HR-V towed in after ice locked up the brake system. The service department guys were very kind and didn't make fun of me. However, their service department waiting area is MICROSCOPIC. There was barely anywhere to sit and the ramp up to the office is a tripping hazard. I hope I don't end up here again.

Love this Honda dealership. Bought a 2016 civic from here at the end of 2015. The salesman was friendly, but never pushy, and helpful during every step of the process. I've had the car for a year now and take it in every 5000 miles for an oil change. The service team they have is amazing, especially Chris. They are always honest, and I believe they would only tell I need to fix something if it were true. Highly recommend this dealership.

First of all, I can't believe I got an email from Stillwater Honda and Cars wanting me to write a review.
Everything started out okay. We were lied to several times. Worst car buying experience ever. I'm still in shell shock on how we were treated. We were treated so rudely by one of the managers named Matt. We drove 4 hours to buy a used car. We were told the price had some wiggle room. Lie #1. After negotiating a lower price with the salesman (only $500 lower), we were ready to sign the papers. Our salesman went to get the final approval from Matt, his manager, and came back so

Pros: Brightly lit and clean. Vending machines and TV available. Nice enough to stay open 30-60 min more for out of towners.

Cons: future brother in law drove out here to buy a used car. He spoke to the salesman on the phone to let him know we were coming multiple times. The family piled into the car and made the very boring trek out to Stillwater. First, they ran his credit without his consent. They said it was standard practice for people coming out of town, so we wouldn't be wasting our time. They only checked with 3 lenders, he has bad credit so only 2/3 agreed to a loan. The best of
