Extremely unprofessional experience. Bad follow up protocol. No idea what happened with my loan, no response to texts. I had to follow up manually to know if my sensitive information was received.
Edit 1/31: Sean called and assured me my info was deleted. Regarding the lack of communication, perhaps an issue with spam or email deliver-ability. Amended to 2 stars.
