I’m convinced The good reviews are fake. When we met everything was perfect but after the first month things became terrible. You hire a lawyer to handle your case and everything that comes with it, promised certain things wouldn’t hit my credit while the case is going on well unfortunately that wasn’t true, I find myself calling all the time to set up appointments to speak to him, I’m calling hospitals, insurance companies etc so I’m not understanding the reason why i even hired him if I’m doing ALL the work, I’ve spoken to other lawyers and they clearly stated “he works for you”

I agreed with my mom when we got into a car accident to get them as our lawyers and I’m very disappointed. I wish I had never agreed with her because they didn’t answer emails or calls in a timely manner. I had given them the benefit of doubt due to the fact they had handled a previous case for my mom. I appreciate the staff that answers the phones because they're very professional, respectful, and provide the best customer service ever. As a result of my experience this time around, if ever in need of a law firm in the future I will not consider them. I like them as people but I'm not happy
