Services
You can go to the Outdoor Great Room Company to order parts for the burner, they are the manufacture of the burner. While we have touchup available on our site for various finishes it is just for small scratches and chips not for repainting the furniture. Your furniture was originally powder coated and then in some cases hand finished.
All sales are final. No returns accepted, except in the event that there was an error on our part, (incorrect item) or you received a defective item. In that case we will accept the return and credit or replace the item, we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item) or received a defective item.

Don't do business with these people!!!! First of all I ordered 2 Tuscany chairs which are nice well made chairs. I then proceeded to order cushions which their website told me would fit these chairs...they did not. I talked to Sue a number of times and she did end up taking them back...so i could not find cushions unless they were custom make and cost almost $1000. I spoke with Sue again and again trying to find cushions they have to fit the chairs..I ordered 2 sets figuring I could take out a piece of foam and make it smaller..i was wrong. First...they do not have foam
