I don’t respect the owners.The wife and husband don’t even acknowledge their customers. The smoothies are overpriced and they aren’t even tasty! You’re better off eating a stick of chalk. The menu for drinks is written on a white board in sloppy hand writing. The gym equipment was also passed down to them from the high school. You’re better off going else where ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!! “Best gym in town.” More like WORST. Word has it that the owners fill out the best gym papers themselves , that doesn’t sound like a fair game to me.

I just moved to the area and found this to be the best option for me! Other chain gyms don’t allow me to lift heavier weights or want to charge $50/mo for no equipment.
I came here and was super thrilled with the place. There’s plenty of room for people who want to lift, as well as having many cardio machines, a space for kettlebells and other things, plus a huge class room for classes c AND a yoga studio. This is the place for people who are into lifting in the area.
All this with no bull! No silly contracts. No outrageous prices. No sign up fees. No fees for having a key or for other things

Chris is a great guy, but Gene is not! Nor is Chris's wife. They're not good at constructive criticism, and if you ask about a piece of equipment, or an exercise, they want to charge you$$,or say mean things. One individuals lung collapsed, he tols gene he couldn't breath, gene responded by saying "Its not hard,open your mouth". Planet fitness is half the price,and has newer equipment, and has staff willing to help you.

This is the only Real gym in the area. They have free weights and several squat racks, over a dozen benches of every type, as well as cables and cardio of every type. Yoga and other training is also available. The associated Salina's Hot Spot has tanning, massage, etc. If you're serious about getting in shape or losing weight, this is the place. Or you can go where they have Pizza Fridays and not accomplish anything.
