I ordered an item from them that came broken when it arrived. when i requested a refund plus return shipping will they not oblige but I was tenacious about getting my refund and they retaliated by posting a fake and malicious review on my business on Yelp under the alias "Nunya B".

Don't use this company. Website says free shipping on orders over $500, I placed an order then one month later I finally got sent an invoice for shipping of almost $300! Yes 1 month just to be sent a shipping price never mind get the product! Website says free shipping! Held my money for a month and left me with nothing! SCAM!!!

I searched and search the Internet and this was the only solution I found. I had both email and telephone support for my purchase. I required what seemed to be something special, a 16" X 16" complete filter grill and housing unit.
