I want to start by apologizing for this coming almost a month after Madelyn's bench was placed. We should have written or called immediately and I am so sorry for that. Thank you seems so inadequate in comparison to how much her bench means to us. With the weather finally warming up, you honestly have no idea how special and serene it is.

We are now able to sit and talk to our baby girl, relax just a little beside her and simply take in the feelings and emotions of that very moment. On the year anniversary of Madelyn's death, which just so happened to be the same day the bench was placed, we let doves off in her honor. During the ceremony, her bench allowed family, who quite honestly were so taken back by emotion, to sit and treasure that time.

Went to visit my mom & dad's grave today
First time in the 51 years since daddy died that the head stone was 1/2 way covered in weeds. The grass was knee high walking to the grave sight. So heartbreaking to the people who have loved ones buried there.

I feel Kentucky Magnolia is incorrect in their opinion of Rosehill-Elmwood Cemetery. Maybe in the process of grieving the way you look at things can be distorted. Everyone at the main office and including the grounds keepers have always gone out of their way to help me and always express how happy they are to do so. I also feel they will work with you to make your payments without complications.

Salesman only cares about money, should be selling used cars. Staff in general was rude and unprofessional. Discussed my payment arrangements with anyone who would listen.

Took them two weeks to clear the dead pile of flowers from my father's grave. I made repeated calls about it and it wasn't until I asked someone to tell where to out it all so I could do it myself - all the while sobbing - that they finally took care if it.
Other family members have felt misled by their staff. Could have been a failure to effectively communicate information to grieving people. Don't assume anything with them and make your questions as specific as possible. Don't deal with them alone if you are upset.

This cemetery is one of the oldest in Davies's County. Work has also been done here to digitize and index the cemetery online through Billiongraves. The cemetery is clean, with dedicated volunteers who tend to the cemetery throughout the year. Each Halloween, they offer carriage rides and historical tours as well. Truly an experience!
