I have found Valli to be professional and a very good listener. My wife and I have worked with over a dozen realtors during the past 45 years and she is the best. I have had the pleasure of working with Paradise Properties of NSB purchasing two properties and now they are assisting us on the sale of our home! I sold one home and purchased another in the August 2019 to January 2020 period with Kitty Cottrell of Paradise Properties. I took that long as a combination of selling the house I had down there and buying another while living in Ohio. She was responsive to my needs and while I watched online for the new house she also looked and the house I purchased was one she found. I had some problems in the sale where I needed a contractor to do warranty work and she handled that also. The realtor agency is in a great area to go to being on Flagler Avenue so you can relax before or after you visit. Highly

I would just like to take a moment to thank Kitty for her help in trying to find the right home for me. I've been looking over the past year, getting close to retirement, and she has kept me up to date with houses that are in my price range and area. If I could give this Kitty agent a -100 I would very unprofessional, very unorganized and very lazy. I had to find all the homes that I wanted to see. She did nothing!!!! I think she is a mental problem cause she has 2 other names that she uses that doesnt have anything to do with her real estate. Also be very careful she will also try to force you to buy a home and talk to the seller with you knowing about it. Please stay away from this agent she is useless and will cause you more problems the other agents at this place might be ok.
