We bought $4000 with of products from Forever Flawless and were given four vouchers to come back for facials, My husband made us appointments for the same time with Gary. We arrived early had an interview with I think David, who took us back into a treatment room and said who's first. During the process the guy kept leaving to ask Gary what he should use next, on his third trip back in he says " Brad, the way Gary booked this we'll have to take care of you another time". Of course they are booked until February.

Their products are amazing!
Tray did a great job making me feel comfortable, picking the music I wanted to hear while the treatment was being applied.
Jacob is very knowledgeable and professional.
They both are passionate about what they do and you can tell.
You can feel the product working as it gives you a warm feeling as it's being applied.
The results are immediate, my face looks radiant.
I'm ready for my date later tonight and definitely coming back for some treatments in a few weeks.

Buyers BEWARE!
They have a no refund policy but they don't tell you that and even if your products are not used and you want to return them within a 12 hour time frame because the product they put on your face in the mall at the kiosk make your skin itch-cause you redness and swelling
I called the sales guy who put the products on my face Daniel Cohen
Daniel's response "no refund sign was on my cart"
His General manager "The most we can give you back is 25 percent"
Are you kidding me !!!!
25 percent of a thousand dollars cash!
Call customer service I get

So I've done a little research with the employees at this store. Each time I pass by, they don't offer me a sample of whatever else they're offering anyone, much less ask me to come in the store. It's their loss because I would never recommend them to even be checked out by friends or family. They only offer their sample and products to people who don't look like me.

Horrible experience! It actually started out good, this girl was trying to sell me this cream apparently at a discounted price because the box she had for it was a little ripped, wow, really? Horrible selling tactics. I've never heard of this company before so I was not going to purchase anything before reviewing and researching. Also, she said that she believed in the product so much that she came all the way from Israel just to sell this product!!!
So when she realized that I was not going to buy anything at that point she said "ok, you can leave the store!" Wow!!! So rude, even

I've used the best and the worst of skincare products and Forever Flawless lands somewhere in the middle, as in average. Prices are high. The hand and body lotion smells amazing. The foaming cleanser is gentle but doesn't remove eye makeup. The snake venom treatment soaks in and smells great. The diamond infused face serum also soaks in and is not greasy. I didn't try the matching night cream. Everyone is different and you might love this skincare line.

I would give zero stars if possible!!!!! My son (who has struggled with acne and is very self conscious about it) was accosted and humiliated when walking by the Biltmore store. The sales person loudly and aggressively asked him what he was using for his acne. My son was embarrassed and depressed that someone would just randomly approach him regarding his face. He was under the impression his acne was improving and now is more depressed than ever. Thanks a lot Forever Flawless. Way to ruin somebody's day for a sale.

I started using Forever Flawless a couple of years ago. I have to say...I am not their best client, in terms of following directions. I am a very headstrong woman who even after all this time, still will use their products as I please vs what they would prefer me to do.
I want you to know this because even with my temperamental usage, I see results. I enjoy using their products (when I use them) and I am learning to really embrace pampering my skin. I appreciate the high quality of their research as well as their products themselves.

I'm not going to lie the products are expensive. I splurged for my birthday. I have been having problems with redness and really I have to say leathery skin. I've tried tons of products to no avail. I was walking by and lured in. The gel peel is the first thing to make ANY difference on my skin at all! I'm very happy about it. The redness is getting under control and the texture has changed. I'm trying out several products. They caught me just in time as I was considering a more abrasive approach but didn't really want to go that far.

Careful when walking past the store! They lure you in and by the time they are done promoting their product on you they are already bagging it up for you to purchase. Very pushy with sales and when I was excusing myself & thanking them for the time, the Manager himself didn't even look up to wish me a good day or for even coming in to try their product. Very disappointing, considering I work in Customer Service as well.

I'm usually not the one to write a review but I was so impressed by this store and the curtesy they gave me that I had to! My dermatologist recommended I check out forever flawless. I totally forgot about it until I walked by the one in the Biltmore. And I'm so glad I did! They helped me out so much! I got the men's after shave and the eye scrub for my wrinkles. It's been 2 weeks and I already see great results. The skin around my eyes is more elastic and youthful. The products were expensive but I've had no buyers remorse and am going to keep getting it. Called the number and spoke with Ofar about making an exchange and he was incredibly helpful and offered to exchange my product with no issue. I liked the product too but it wasn't a good gift for a friend so I exchanged for a better option for her. I went into the store and everyone was friendly and willing to help me. I've tried a handful of their products and I love them all and can't wait to give my gifts from Forever Flawless to friends and family! Highly suggest testing out their products.
