Braile Chiropractic, is a modern facility where we offer specific scientific chiropractic adjustments. Our goal with this care is to reduce and remove interference from your nervous system, known as subluxations. Your body has an "innate" ability to be healthy, so long as the controlling mechanism, the nervous system, is free from interference.
You cannot put a price on health. However, obtaining and maintaining good physical health, should not ruin your financial health. It is for this reason that we make the care in our office affordable on almost any budget. With this in mind, the chiropractic care that we offer is the highest quality, yet affordable for you and your entire family.
There are many different insurance companies offering coverage through employers and to the general public. Each company offers multiple plans and policies for healthcare coverage. Chiropractic coverage can be different for each of these policies. Being in a network does not assure that chiropractic care is available locally, or affordably.
At Braile Chiropractic of Marietta, Georgia, we recognize the sacrifice and dedication of those who teach our future generations. To honor this effort, we have created special discounts available just for the teachers of Cobb and Paulding counties. Initial Visit - $35.00 includes a chiropractic examination, nerve system scans, and any needed spinal x-rays.
We wish to honor our heroes, who have honored us with their service to America. At Braile Chiropractic of Marietta, Georgia, we have several programs for those who currently serve, or have been a part of U.S. military service. Military insurance does not cover chiropractic care except when within the program of a veteran's hospital or facility.

I've seen a few Chiropractors in Marietta over the last 20 years and I can say without any reservation that Dr. Braile and his team are by far the best. Doctor Braile's extensive experience and no-nonsense approach make all the difference and his team are kind, courteous and efficient, so no wasted time sitting in a waiting room. My whole family are patients and we are very happy and fortunate to have such great results from a great Doctor and his team.

I was privileged to be able work as an unpaid intern at Braile Chiropractic. I was very impressed at their dedication to patient education and going above and beyond to meet their patients health needs. Dr. Braile is extremely knowledgeable and always puts the needs of his patients first. The staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. Dr. Braile is not only an amazing chiropractor, but an am amazing human being. I have been a competitive and professional dancer since I was 3. About 5 years ago I realized I was losing some of my ability, mobility, and range of motion. In the short amount of time I have been under his care I have noticed I am gaining back so much of what I thought was lost forever. He has truly given me my life back through chiropractic care. It's a treat to go to Doctor Braile's office knowing my headaches won't return. Before I saw him I had some frequent headaches and I just chalked it to fact the it just happens. But Dr. Braile taught me that my body was meant to have headaches like that and after a couple of sessions of adjustments my headaches not only subsided but stop coming all together. I love his staff, it's a really warm and inviting feel when you come for session. If could suggest anything it would seek out Dr. Braile for a better chance of life.

Dr. Braile and his staff have been a huge blessing to the health of myself and my family. After my 3 month old son took a minor fall off of our couch we noticed that he hadn't had a bowel movement in 4 days. We took him to see Dr. Braile and after one adjustment he was almost completely regular again. And after the second adjustment he was back to his regular schedule. We are so glad that we took him to Dr. Braile first rather than to our pediatrician who would have likely just given him medication or dietary supplements.

I have been seeing Dr. Braile for about 9 months now. He is wonderful! I used to get ear infections every few months since I was a kid but I haven't had a single one while under his care. Dr. Braile has truely been a blessing in my life! I highly recommend his care to everyone. I have referred by brother and my boyfriend and they both have also seen amazing results.

In moving to Marietta, GA, it was important to me to find a chiropractor that provided me with the same level of excellent care that I was receiving back home in NY. Dr. Braille indeed does provide the care I was searching for, and I am beyond pleased with the results. After weekly visits, my dizziness and vertigo have completely gone away. My migraine headaches are now more manageable. I recommend Dr. Braille to anyone searching for an excellent chiropractor.

Dr. Braile and his staff are awesome. I really like the quality of care I receive and I have felt awesome since I decided to get under care with Dr. Braile. The office a great vibe to it and I never have to wait more than five minutes to get checked. Dr. Braile knows his stuff. He gives a specific scientific adjustment that switches me on every time. Thank you for taking care of me and my family. My 2 year old son loves Dr. Braile, talks about him at home and wants to be a"practor" on mommy and daddy. Brandi runs the front of the office with expertise and professionalism. She is always ready to help you get the most out of your visit. She is an excellent artist as well. That leprechaun and pot of gold for St. Patty's day was awesome!!
