Burlett Painting was established by Dave Burlett in 1985. Dave raised his family in Hendersonville and was very involved in the community, especially Little League Baseball, until his retirement in 2015. Not only did Dave perfect his trade and build a successful business, but he also taught his son, Richie Burlett.
Richie took over the business after Dave's retirement and continues operating under the same principles of respect, integrity and quality that have made Burlett Painting the go-to painting contractor in Hendersonville for over 35 years!

Before the painting process begins, a Burlett Painting project manager works closely with you or your interior designer on paint colors and the style you envision. Once we're ready to paint, our expert craftsmen take good care of your home by securing and covering all furniture, floors, and other items.
Before any exterior painting begins, we prepare the building exterior surface properly to ensure that the new paint application will handle the test on time. This removes dirt, sand, or loose paint to create a clean, solid surface for applying new paint. Before the exterior of a new or older home is painted we recommend that our customers consider our quality caulking services.
If you live or work within a building built before 1978, it could have been painted with products containing lead. Burlett Painting is specially certified to remove or mitigate lead paint from older structures. Every measure is taken to ensure that lead dust and particles are contained during the removal process.

I will never use another service for outdoor (or indoor) work again. The crew of workers do an outstanding job and you don't make final payment until the owner comes by to make sure you are totally satisfied with the job. A real quality company.

Needing a price quote for wallpaper removal, I was thrilled to see Burlett's truck doing a job in H-Ville, and advertising they do this. A friendly crew member stopped what he was doing to get a business card for me when he noticed me taking a picture on my phone of the phone number on the side of the truck. :- D Mr. Burlett himself called and gave me a great overview of the steps involved with wallpaper removal, as well as quotes for the followup painting. Burlett painted our home's exterior in Pisgah Forest during Oct. 2020. We found their crews to be exceptionally efficient, professional and well managed. On completion of the work they volunteered a walk through with the crew foreman and, the following day, with their field supervisor. They state their business model is to specialize only in repainting of existing structures. The proof of that business model was evident to us in their efficiency. We met with several painting contractors in the area before selecting Burlett Painting to repaint our large 12 year old home. Terry did outstanding job inspecting the house and walking us through their painting process. He also provided recommendations on the various paint types available and their different price points. They began by cleaning, caulking and prepping the entire home. Even deciding additional cleaning would be necessary to ensure a good paint adhesion in selected areas.
