Patricia, Devon, and Junior all had different jobs to do. All I can say is that they are experts in their job skill. What I have learned being in the military and doing multiple moves, is that you need to trust them and let them do their jobs. I would highly recommend using them. They put my 3 bed/2 bath/ Office/2 car garage into at 26 foot Penske truck.

I needed to have a full dining room set moved locally. This wasn't too large of a move, or too far of a move. But, it was more than I wanted to do myself. I called Tough Guys Moving and they were great to work with. They were on time, careful, and courteous. The price was what was quoted which was fair for the job.

They damaged about 75% of the furniture they moved. Nothing was padded and if there was any protection it was only some plastic that clearly didn't provide much protection. Their solution was to mark on everything with a sharpie and call it good enough. Contacted the company and they said they did the best they could.

WOULD NOT USE ANYONE OTHER THAN TOUGH GUYS & GALS!! Have worked with Scott and his crews in the past when moving new residents into assisted living communities so it was a no brainer who I would use with my personal moves. Have used them on several occasions and never had any issues. Guys have always been polite and respectful, fast but careful with belongings and went above and beyond in the move. Pricing is wonderful as well. Would highly recommend Tough Guys and Gals!

Super big shout out to Tough Guys Moving!
We had 4400 square feet of HEAVY equipment and random things to move. The 4 Tough Guys that came to help us were amazing! Kind, hard working, organized, great communication, did I say hard working.....seriously......10 hours of moving and never a complaint! They Tetris’d every bit of it into a 20 X 20 storage unit.
My heart is full of gratitude and I will certainly use them with any move I have!!!

The Tough Guys staff were very professional, both on the phone and in person. They have extremely reasonable rates and charge by the hour and number of movers, not by mileage, number of pieces etc., which is something we ran into when getting quotes from other businesses. The gentlemen who came - they acted as such - were kind, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They had everything packed, transported, and set in the rooms at the new home under the projected time while being VERY careful with all of our furniture and possessions. We cannot recommend these guys and this business

This move was hectic because they had truck issues. I was originally scheduled for 9 am, then it was 11:30, a rental truck showed up at 2:30. To expedite the process, I moved the dressers, bed frame, chair, tv(boxed) and TV stand to living room. Appliances were disconnected as well.
Move was 3 hours because 1) of moving a safe and not having the proper equipment to move it, 2) they had to google how to install transport bolts for the front load washer.
For the safe move, I would not use them. Further, one of the staff took the liberty of going into my husband's toolbox to look for a 13mm
