Should you ever need it, you have access to 24-hour emergency Roadside Assistance for five full years (3 years/36,000 miles for Mitsubishi i-MiEV), regardless of mileage.* Towing to the nearest Mitsubishi dealer or other approved service point if your vehicle is not drivable.

In the event your vehicle is disabled due to a warrantable condition, and you are more than 150 miles from home and the vehicle has to be kept overnight for repairs, Mitsubishi's Roadside Assistance Plan will reimburse for reasonable documented expenses for meals, lodging and transportation up to $175.00 per day for a maximum of three days.To be eligible for this benefit, you must obtain prior authorization from the Roadside Assistance Provider.

Calvin was my sales guy!! Calvin was awesome he was very patient with us and the process and let me tell you my husband is not a easy guy to deal with. Calvin also went above and beyond for us he got me into a brand new car let me tell you my credit is very low I am working on getting it back up and rebuilding it. My representative was Calvin. He reached out to me the night before I was making my purchase. Didn’t believe the Dime Down payment so I went to another dealership. Didn’t feel comfortable with their process so I called Calvin and told him what I needed and wanted in terms of a vehicle and payments. He was direct, honest and consistent while assisting me. Highly disappointed in the Nonchalant customer service I received this evening by the sales team at this location. I called for pricing on an Infinity QX70 Sport I found on their website, spoke to Ethan who said they had the vehicle. We then arranged an appointment at 7pm in which Ethan asked me if anything changed on my end to where I could not keep the appointment to call him, and he said that he would do the same. What I later learned was that expectation was "one way" and that curtsey of my time was not respected or valued. Instead of Ethan calling me to let me know that the vehicle

Amazing amazing experience. That's the fastest we were ever in and out of a dealership. Yessmina (I'm hoping that's correct) was more than welcoming and made us feel super comfortable. I went there last august 2020 to get a suv and it was all great service was great I thought I had a year on my inspection stickers so I looked at my current inspection and it expires feb 2021, which is only 6 months of driving so I called the girl at the dealership and ask them can I do me a courtesy and get my SUV inspected because I thought I had a year from when I bought it and the girl told me that her manager told her that they can't do nothing because I've been driving for six months and I think that's bad business if you asked me so I was going to get my car inspected through

The outcome of my purchase was as expected with me leaving the facility with a vehicle, however the overall experience was something that was totally regrettable. We arrived at the facility promptly at 1PM for our scheduled appointment and met with our sales rep Robert as was made known to us via text messages and phone calls. I asked both my wife and mother-in-law to accompany me as I thought the whole process would at most take 4-5 hours to conduct; I was way off. Worst car dealer ever! You need to give the customer what they want!! (Don't they want you to buy a car?) I went in for an appointment and didn't get helped until 30 minutes after it! They make you fill out a paper which is quite ridiculous. All I wanted to do was test drive a car and the manager said "what's the point of test driving a car, if your not going to buy it tonight". After that I left. I feel like this is why you don't see any Mitsubishi's with "Springfield mitsubishi" on it!! Rude employees! Travel the 5 or 10 miles to the other dealer or

Your radio commercial with that broad that trays to speak Philadelphian sounds effing ridiculous. No one in Philly has that sort of accent. I hate that commercial so much that not only will I never buy a vehicle from you, ILL NEVER BUY A MITSUBISHI!

I took my 2004 mitsubishi endeavor in to get a tsb 11 55 003 fixed..wet carpet on drivers side . i got there at 8am yesterday and was told a bunch of B.S. about the problem & that the refrigerant needed to be drained & that they were drying out my soaked carpet . i was given a new mitsubishi outlander to try out & to have it back by closing..9pm . i got back at 8pm only to discover my suv wasn't fixed , &
they never lifted my mats off the floor so that the carpet underneath could dry. i had to take home my suv , which was still apart with no air conditioning , in the 80
