What is the purpose of a chiropractic adjustment? There is more to an adjustment than moving a bone or realigning the spine. The intent of the wellness chiropractic adjustment is to introduce a constructive force to awaken your natural inborn healing potential so that your body can better reorganize itself with in its environment.
TRT is called a "tonal" technique because it normalizes the tone of the nervous system. Imagine that your nervous system has a volume control-if you turn the volume up to high, it causes distortion (increased tone) which can show up as internal organ complaints, musculoskeletal stresses, and diminished immune response.

One of the worst mistakes I ever made in my life was choosing to go to Oak Springs Chiro to receive a routine “adjustment.” I went to see Tyler four weeks ago for very minor back pain, and since then, I’ve been dealing with incredible shoulder pain, despite having none before. I then went back to see Dr. Heidi, who was unable to remedy the pain and provided zero answers for why I suddenly have crippling shoulder pain for the first time in my life. Of course, her solution was to keep coming back and back…for a issue that they created. I now have to go see an orthopedic surgeon to diagnose

I have been a patient at Oak Springs Chiropractic for several years. The doctors and staff are absolutely phenomenal! Recently I was experiencing some neck and ear issues due to postpartum. I tried several things to relieve the issues prior to coming to the chiropractor but was unsuccessful. Dr. Heidi worked with me several times a week to figure out what was going on and eventually helped to completely eliminate the issues all together. It was amazing and I’m so grateful for her knowledge and phenomenal ability to treat her patients! I highly recommend Oak Springs Chiropractic!

Five years ago, I couldn’t turn my head. Oak Springs took x-rays and found arthritis in my neck. I saw Dr. Heidi for adjustments and what a difference it has made. My neck is so much better and I now check in occasionally for maintenance. I will definitely keep Oak Springs as my go-to when I’m out of alignment or just feeling it’s time to treat myself!

Dr. Ben and Dr. Heidi are awesome!! They are not only very good at what they do. They truly care about each and every patient individually. The compassion and care they give to each patient is very rare today. I’ve never felt like cattle being pushed through like at other doctors offices. They also not only take care of your issues, they also educate you on how you can help yourself and what signs to watch for before things get too out of alignment.
